    I purchased a new ******* air condition and heat pump February 2022. I have had 5 service calls, and the warranty does not cover labor. As of December 2023, I have paid over $1,000 in labor to get the units to work properly. They have had to replace the blower unit, and I am on the third thermostat. The **************** line just repeats they do not cover labor and that is their position. The number of times this unit has needed repair is out of the expected need for repair. Their "10 year warranty" isn't worth the paper it is written on. My recommendation is to avoid ******* products.

    I just bought a house that has a New ******* central unit installed in 2023 with 10 years warranty However, ******* takes advantage of new owners of house by reducing its warranty from 10 to 5 years just for reducing liability because new home ownership or sale of the house I want all home buyers and realtors in *** about this ******* bad policy
