Purchased a HVAC system for a building that houses puppies and dogs and the system has never worked properly. They have come out a few times to trouble shoot but now will not return calls or come out to fix the issue. We had to call another local company and pay them to troubleshoot and charge the unit when there was a leak. The original company, **** heating and air, has yet to fix the problem so we had to pay out of pocket even though this HVAC unit has a warranty.

I took out a loan to have installed a generator and gas log fireplace in January of 2023. *****************, owner of **** Heating does not know when the generator will arrive to his business to be able to install the generator outside my home. I have called and texted each month regarding arrival of the generator. He does not know where or when the generator will arrive. For the last two weeks he hasn't responded to my text messages or telephone calls. In January, when he told me that the motor to the generator he had at his business was broken, he was ordering a new generator. I asked him to cancel the order/purchase, he told me he couldn't. I have texted him, where is the generator and his response is, it's on the way. I want the order cancelled as he doesn't know where or when the generator will arrive. I have made monthly payments to Greensky, the company that financed the fireplace and generator. I called ******** to inform them that the generator was never installed, nor do I have it on my property. The woman I spoke to said she would make a note in my account and they couldn't do anything. I asked her why should I pay for merchandise that wasn't installed, nor is it on my property. She couldn't give me an answer, other than work it out with ****. **** heating received $20,586.80 for a gas log fireplace and a generator. The generator and installation cost is $16,207.50. The gas fireplace cost $4,379.35. **** heating should return the $13,707.45 back to Greensky because I don't have a generator. Electrical work was installed for the generator, which cost $2,500. I would like the generator purchase and order cancelled and **** heating to return the $13,707.45 to Greensky, because **** hasn't completed their part of the agreement, which I asked for and haven't received. ***************** doesn't return my texts nor telephone calls. The receptionist informs me she will give him the message. I don't understand why I should continue making payments for a generator I don't have in my possession?
