    I recommend calling the guy begging on the street corner before calling this company, he may not know what hes doing but will probably leave you better off than ****. After calling them for a service to AC with temps over 95 in the house, they showed up and replaced a 20$ part for just under 500$. They claimed the thermostat needed replaced and hardwired the unit to run till the company responsible for the thermostat showed up. When they were called to reverse their wiring they showed up switched some wires and left without verifying that they had done it correctly. They left the house with no power to the thermostat and when we called the tech they never answered, even had to call the office to get a tech to call back and no response. When we continued to call over the weekend they stated they wouldn't come back out to fix their mistake without billing another 140 for the call then hung up on us. We had another tech look at the unit and he verified they blew the transformer when they changed their wires. another 30 part later and Ill be back in AC no thanks to the scam artists know as **** heating and air.Since you were kind enough to recap the calls and leave out the facts that your tech misswired the unit on the return visit and refused to come back and correct his mistake. I had to call another company to fix the issue and they verified your tech wired 110v live feed into the 24v system frying the transformer and the new thermostat...Oh and just we are clear I have pictures of the connection IN YOUR TECHS HANDS while they are finishing up....dont worry the bank has copies for the challenge to your fees. The second company not only verified every connection and that the unit was running they replaced the parts your tech destroyed and had me running for 150 cheaper that what you charged. Enjoy scamming your future victims but ill do my best to prevent as many as I can from being taken advantage of by you.

    They dont know how to install the gas pipes but they offer the service. My builder contracted them to install the **** lines at my new house. They ran the pipe close to electric panel which should not close 6ft but they dont care untill the electrician cut the pipe to ask them move ! And they ran the pipe in the wrong place which should not. Could not pass inspections, dont know how to fix, keep telling lies, dont want to fix all the problems at one time. They should be out of business so the people dont have to pay them for nothing and stressful !!!

    We hired Gore to repair our gas fire logs. The technician did not call ahead as promised, came 3 hours late with his child in tow, and said that the pilot needed cleaning. It took 15 minutes, and he charged $300. The unit was not repaired, so we called again. He did not show up for the next appointment and did not even give us a courtesy call. We called again 5 times but cannot get an answer about when someone can come out again. I would not recommend this business at all.
