    I purchased my unit brand new (still under warranty) in 2018. Every year since then I have had to call about the unit breaking down. Each tech would always have an excuse as to why my unit was down. First it was the drip pan, then the drain plug was stopped up, next it was out of freon and mind you I had been getting service calls for maintenance to keep the unit in good repair. Each time I've had a problem the service tech would say everything was good but right after something would break down. ?? and I'm paying for another service call. When speaking to the owner I would get like a brush off as if they were saying "IT'S your unit now your problem but when I was getting the unit everyone at ALL SEASON was so nice and seemed caring and a company I could count on and NOW I'M JUST ON MY OWN LEFT OUT IN THE COLD!! It's not fair that hard working people seem to get the bad end of the stick when it comes to warranties, parts covered or not covered and then the labor cost is a THIRD ? OF THE COST OF THE UNIT!!!I feel the unit had a defect from the beginning and we were just going through the motions passing time until either I drain my pockets with repair costs or the warranty ran out. Now I'm trying to call back to ask a question and my calls are being blocked. They have caller I.D. I know this because when the younglady took my call she knew who I was before I said who I was or my address she gave me a time for the twch to come out.Stay away from ALL SEASONS AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING.
