      Ordered fa plate from them last week. Received a couple emails letting me know item was ship through ****. Checked the tracking info. Says item delivered in ***********. Reached out through email. Was told to contact ****.. Did not understand why I have to contact them when I provided the eight address. Nonetheless on my lunch break, I got in touch with **** who said once package is delivered to address provided it is no longer their problem. Was told by **** to go back to Galloway and deal with them. Went back to Galloway and was told that tracking was for someone else because my order was after that item was shipped. So been going back and forth with some rude agent ******* about either sending me my package, the correct tracking info or refund me my money. Will never deal with this business again and will tell everyone I know not to.

      He placed an order on 02/22/2025, we shipped his order on 02/24/2025- he contacted us first on 02/24/2025 (same day his order shipped) ****** that his package delivered in **- 1- there is no physical way possible his package was already delivered as it just shipped that day. Under further review  the information that he was pulling showed that a package delivered in ** on 02/20/2025- 2 full days before he even placed the order. He then tried to say that we put the wrong address on his order (I provided him with a copy of the label that is on his order showing we put the address he provided on his package from us also with the same tracking number that he gave him).I reached out to **** and they could see both packages had the same tracking number. They could see where the first package was delivered on 02/20/2025, and where his package was scanned as accepted by our local post office on 02/24/2025. According to the post office this was on them as tracking numbers are recycled and reused- where they use to be on an 18 month cycle, they are now immediate and as soon as a package gets marked as delivered, that number is available to be reused- and they can't control how quickly they get reused. The agent did say that his local post office could see all the scans happening to his package on the screen and that his package should deliver within 7 days- and if he wanted more up to date information he would need to actually call them. We have zero control on the tracking numbers that **** gives us- that information is sent directly to the customer, so we don't change it or update ***** the attachments you will see his shipping label that was printed on 02/24/25, his order that was placed on 02/22/2025 with the tracking number provided by **** on 02/24/25, and the proof of delivery from a package that started in GA on 02/15/2025 ***** Awaiting Item SUWANEE, GA 30024  February 15, 2025, 8:43 am-  Shipping Label Created) We are in **.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      First off I have the email messages. I reached out to galloway saying that according to the tracking information provided it says package was delivered in **. I was told by ******* to call my local post office and figure it out. My response was How rude, great customer service. I did anyway to cover my base. **** told me my issue is with the business and not them once item is delivered. They said they probably put the wrong address down.I went back and they saying all this about using same tracking information.. I still only see item delivered in **.  I CALLED **** AGAIN today and they said they didnt reuse tracking information. It is a lie. I suggest someone from BBB call for themselves and see who the real liar is. I just wish the *** was able to email me a message saying that is a bold faxe lie they ae selling. I think they may have shipped it to the wrong address and was like s**** it. You  figure it. I will reach to other to make sure everyone knows.

      You can reject if you wish- you have been provided evidence that goes against what you are claiming and it has been provided to BBB as well. The shipping label that confirms the address you are saying it goes to in **, with the tracking number that was given to us by ****- we do not create those. And the "proof" of delivery that you are claiming where it delivered the was 2 days before you even ordered. A package can not be delivered before you even order. You contacted us about that delivery the same day your package left us- it physically could not be to your door 4 days prior too us shipping- and not even the same day as packages drop off at 5pm. I did contact **** and agent said they could see where the package was dropped off and scanned on 02/24/25 at our local post office.

      I am rejecting this response because: I still can not locate the package. I hope it was shipped. The tracking number provided still shows the same thing. Delivered in ***********. I also provided BBB all emails between us. I am not hiding nothing. I already did exactly what was asked of me TWICE. I called the post office and gave the tracking info YOU provided. I was told by the *** that they do not use the same tracking info like ******* said. This is not me saying it. They did. Lets be clear this may be about principles to you. It definitely is to me. As a first responder this is not about the money because its not gonna break me and it wont make you rich either. You make it seem like I am trying to steal from you. Like what I really wanted was a smooth transaction with a tracking info and moving on. This is the first time in all my years I have to deal with something like this. Never heard of this reusing tracking info. If it does show up at my doorstep I will be a man and apologize. Until then I have no way of tracking anything. So because of that I can not accept anything because I have nothing. Put it on BBB and show where the item is at currently since I obviously am unable to locate it.
