      I read these other reviews of Galloway Precision and they have the common theme of immaturity and unrealistic expectations.If the shipper loses your item or it's stolen off your porch, you need to file a claim with the delivery service, not the vendor, and if you were too cheap to purchase shipping insurance... that's on you. Check your spam and junk mail folks, that's also on you. Don't expect them to drive to your house and have conversation and coffee with you. I have found every item I've purchased from them to be high quality and Alaska reliable. The one and only time I ever had an issue with any of their products it was perfectly excusable....I shoot approximately 30k/yr (I'm an instructor and ***) often under extreme conditions. When I contacted Galloway regarding the part, it was almost annoying to this Alaskan how helpful they wanted to be. So grow up. They can't be held responsible for **** or any other shipper. Also, if you don't check your spam occasionally, well .. you're just an idiot and probably surf 'net too much

      Purchased a trigger kit for my ruger max * which was advertised for the California version. Item arrived and attempted to install the trigger kit which DID NOT FIT. Emailed tech support at Galloway precision and they attempted to help but ultimately asked me to ship item back and pay 20% restock fee. I should NOT have to pay a restock fee for an item that THEY misrepresented. My handgun now has a loose trigger and I am very unhappy with the service provided. Will need to purchase a kit somewhere else. Money wasted. Will never do business with again.

      Prior to purchasing two +9 magazine extensions from Galloway Precision I had eight 16-round magazines that actually held 16 rounds. All of these magazines worked flawlessly. After installing the magazine extensions one magazine would hold 25 rounds while the other would only hold 24 rounds. During firing these magazines would fail to feed, constantly. I would disassemble, clean, and reassemble to no improvement. No other magazine had issues during this time.Finally, After only a few trips to the range the spring for the magazine holding 25 rounds failed. It would no longer push the follower to the top of the magazine feeding the last two rounds. Upon disassembly the spring had an extra bend, one that is quite severe. I have contacted Galloway precision, but they refuse to return the product or refund my money.

      Disrespectful and unprofessional! Placed an order and never arrived! Its not their fault but the response was deplorable! I paid for an item and it should not be considered a ***** to send me a replacement free of charge when I had already paid and was not fulfilled!
