12/29/2022: This company fraudulently charged my credit card for the amount of $39.95. Thankfully, my bank caught the transaction before it was deducted from my account and prevented further damage. When I contacted the 'company', the company service line at ###-###-#### was hard to understand and clearly a fraud. On Tuesday 12/20/2022, I was reviewing charges to my **** **** and noticed a $39.95 charge I did not authorize. The transaction date was listed as 12/09/2022, with a posting date 12/11/2022. There was no description of the company name or type of purchase, only a phone number ************. A web search of the phone number showed a website called "nourishingfinds.com'. Further research revealed some disturbing information. First, I saw BBB of North Carolina has received multiple complaints about this 'company', many of which seem unresolved to date. Second, my cell phone call history shows an incoming 'unknown caller' (call) was made at 10:39pm Pacific Time on 12/09/2022, three minutes in duration. I was asleep at the time and did not answer this phone call. What's disturbing about this: 1) what kind of legitimate business makes outbound calls from an seemingly deliberately anonymous phone number, after 1am local time on a Saturday morning? 2) how was this 'company' able to charge my credit card without authorization? 3) given there are so many unresolved complaints about this unaccredited 'company', why hasn't the BBB shut them down yet? Reviewing some of the 'company' responses to previous complaints, I feel my best course of action is to dispute the charge directly with my credit issuer, because they're clearly a fraudulent 'enterprise'. My hope is the BBB of North Carolina will direct the 'company' to have no further contact with me, including 'unknown caller' calls, unauthorized charges. If I see any more charges from this 'company', I will be filing a complaint with the North Carolina State Attorney General's office.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I have reported this as fraudulent activity with my credit issuer. The response from this “business” is the same “cut-and-paste” cover their tracks response for every complaint they’ve responsibly to.
I’m honestly surprised this “business” is allowed to continue operating in such a fraudulent manner.

This morning, I found that my an Apple credit card denied a charge of $39.95 to my card because it was recently been replaced and the numbers charged were thus wrong. Since I’ve charged nothing since the replacement, I went to check the card. The 39.95 charge came from a phone number! Upon research, I found the owner Nourishingfinds. And then I find the BBB, learned I’m hardly the first. While I was lucky and they couldn’t charge me, something made me angry. I saw their responses to other customers. And while it seems like they still refunded, they blamed the customer for the first order. I DID NOT ORDER THIS. I guarantee that if, by some strange turn of events I did, I would have used a different card, one I possess for this purpose. BUT I STILL DID NOT ORDER THIS. I wish no contact with this group and that they do not charge me anymore. Please cancel the membership of the person impersonating me and do NOT ACCUSE ME BECAUSE I DID NOT PLACE THIS ORDER. Today I checked my bank acct and found a pending transaction for 39.95 from nourishfinds.com. Also 2 emails in my spam email. 1 was welcoming me to my wellness membership from the customer support team. Another was an order placed on 10/16/22 for me for a monthly subscription. Order#*******. Customer #******* using my debit card. Called their customer service, asked them how they got my debit card info and who ordered this? The rep I talked to which was *** could not tell me anything,she didn’t know how they got this order and who ordered it,but said she would cancel the subscription.How did these people get my info? Last I checked my bank acct which is 8 hrs later now is that it is still pending. Cancellation # is **********. Pretty scary that someone can use my card without my authorization. My checking account has a debit for 39.95 from ###-###-####, with no description. Upon calling the number, I find that it is NourishingFinds, a company that has had many complaints against it for unauthorized charges. I have never made a purchase from this company, nor entered into any monthly membership; I have never even heard of them. I am rejecting this response because:I received a debit withdrawal from ************, Nourishing Finds, on February 15, 2023, for $39.95. This is the third time this has occurred, and I have NEVER conducted business with this company, nor have I "accidentally" agreed to a membership, as they often respond to other customers' comments. On the other occasions, I have contacted them, and they have refunded the amount to my account. However, this must stop! I want this debit refunded to my account, and I will be contacting my bank to see what legal recourse I have against this obvious fraudulent activity.

In June and July 2022 I found a $39.95 recurring payment on my debit card bank statement. I never heard of Nourishing Finds and received no goods or services from them. I did not sign up for this and never heard of it. I called the number and they were quick to offer cancellation. I am asking for them to send all money back to me as well. How they got my name, address, email and debit card information is a mystery to me. The man I talked to had a foreign accent. I notified my bank and changed my debit card.Business Response

On 6/13/2022 a charge of $19.95 showed up on my bank account. This charge is from nourishingfinds. I have never heard of this company and have never ordered anything from this company. I see others have had this problem also. I feel I have been a victim of fraud and request a refund. What kind of company shows up on your bank account as the telephone number ###-###-####?
