    Original worker to remodel our bathroom had no idea what he was doing so we sent him away after 10 minutes. My husband then facetimed with another worker from another state and the Manager, ****. This worker said he could do job without issue. 2nd trip for this company, worker did what he could but bottom pan he brought was not right size. 3rd trip from this worker, got it 'all' done but my bathroom was FILTHY when he left AND there was several missing spots of no caulk. Complained to **** on 5/5/23 and he was to call ** back that day or 5/8/23 with refund amount and when someone could fix issues since we had family come in 5/9/23 and STILL NO RESPONSE! We spent many days away from work without pay for a job that was to be TOTALLY done in two days and have yet to hear from their Manager, ****, or anyone else from this office regarding the c*** job they did or our refund.

    I have tried to reach out to **********************/*********************** a few times regarding their service. One of our employees from the ****** office reached ********************** and he no longer required service on his Bath Fitter system. I did let him know that we would make an adjustment on his final billing, I am just waiting for a call back to discuss the amount.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is not how it went down. **** called me twice and I answered on second call. He offered me a mimimal amount back and I told him that was not satisfactory due to all the issues and missing work so many days. He said he wanted to come do adjustments on shower after I told him **** had done the rest of the work they were lacking since **** did not come through with his promise of getting someone out there before in-laws came to town and using that bathroom. I advised him at that time to contact **** if he wanted to schedule anything and to call me back when he had a better refund amount back to **.
