    If I could do ZERO stars I would! No Follow up from business or Manager ****, about refund from crappy job done in May 2023. 6 business days on a two day turnkey job (per their commercial) and UNprofessional workers and the manager is a lying piece of crap! This business still owes me $4500 and will not return calls, texts, letter responses to myself, the BBB or the Attorney General of **. What a waste of space! The manager keeps repeating, WHEN HE DOES RETURN TEXT MESSAGES, that ****** office has not sent him the check yet. I bet if it was HIS paycheck, he would be asking more questions.

    After doing my research on similar companies, I found Bath Fitter to be the most logical choice. Bath Fitter offered the most shower features and best options at HALF the price of the competitors. One company charged twice as much and this did not include a door to the shower. In order for them to include a door the shower width had to be a certain size. Another competitor also charged twice as much but they could not include a seat. They offered a foot rest. For Bath Fitter, In addition to a superior product at half the price, I must give praise to the staff starting with the Sales **** ****** and the ******** Service Agent, ****. They were so professional, courteous, kind, caring and friendly through the complete process. I made an excellent choice when I chose Bath Fitter.
