      I have now made 5 attempt to contact Piedmont Plastic Surgery and Dermatology-******************* in the last 2 weeks and they will not respond. Dr was over 35 late for appt. Within minutes I was in tears, he was condescending, arrogant and made me feel awful for being someone who cares about their appearance. I was told to stop wearing makeup and stop coloring my hair. He shrugged and said it would not bother him if I didnt, he was not the one with the skin allergy. No effort was made to figure out the root cause of my allergy, I was simply referred to an allergist, where I will have to pay another high copay. He did absolutely nothing for me, nothing other than make me feel terrible. He spent no more than 5 minutes with me. I had to sit in my car in the parking lot for 20 minutes before I could drive home, I could not stop crying. I paid $175 for that; that is absolutely ridiculous. I would like my BCBSNC copay refunded, as absolutely nothing was done for me. When I made the appointment, I asked the scheduler if I should see an allergist instead after describing my issue, I was told no. I will never return to this practice; patients are treated like cattle. I am still upset by that visit, I have never left a doctors office in tears, feeling defeated, humiliated and out $175 with ZERO resolve. I now must figure out how to come up with another $175 to see the allergist. The level of care I received was terrible.
