      To whom it may concern on January 2024 I begin the process of selecting this Law Firm for my personal injury case, I've had a very terrible experience I was treated by the intake worker case manager in ************ like I was someone on the street corner there was a terrible impropriety, there seems to be some kind of mismanagement where the case manager told me she could not find my treatment center and she rather throw it down , I was in a terrible accident where cars could have ran over my car or 18 wheelers could have ran over me in the car if they were that close enough behind me when someone turned out in front of me, the intake case manager in ************ office talk to me like she didn't care , never concerned that I was being harassed by the insurance company ,at all and ask have fallen down anywhere and hurt myself I was shocked, and told me some people did not like signing power of attorneys if I did not like signing one I could go somewhere else like I was someone on the street corner I I've never experienced this kind of improprieties I was given a second case manager who laughed at me over the phone the first time we communicated I thought nothing was funny, mentally I am burned out from the accident and I'm considering seeking medical attention because of the trauma and mismanagement and abuse of your personal injury Law Firm it is not the attorneys that I'm concerned with! it is the employees and certain management of improprieties of behaviors that has traumatized me I feel that my case will never be resolved, or be drawn out for a very long time I feel there is some discrimination, I feel that no one cares , or seems to care about my concern at the law firm,

An addition I want to feel when I call the law firm that my phone calls are not ignored ! the attorney involved with my case has been very polite and I've never had an issue with her, she has advised me she is personally working diligently to resolve my case and I am satisfied with that decision thank you and consider this case closed,
