DO NOTTTT WORK WITH THIS LAW FIRM, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. DO NOTTT WORK WITH *****- SHE IS SO RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, SHE DOES NOT FIGHT FOR YOU AND ACTS LIKE YOU ARE BOTHERING HER WHEN YOU ARE ASKING FOR AN UPDATE ON THINGS. THIS LAW FIRM DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE WORK THAT THEY DO BECAUSE THEIR RETAINER CONTRACT IS WRITTEN SO THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THEM EVEN IF YOU FIRE THEM/SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT (they WILL GHOST YOU FOR MONTHS. They WILL dodge your calls. They WILL MAKE YOU DO THE WORK if you want any sort of progression in your case.) They swear up and down that cases take 3 years to settle (I was not a fault, the other driver ran a red light during the day with multiple witnesses and a police report on file, this should not take long.) It should not take MONTHS JUST to get my medical records, the law firm representatives swore up and down that they were working on it but "it just wasn't working and they didn't know why" but I was able to get my own within a 20 minute phone call with my hospital and I checked with my hospital, they confirmed that they had ZERO record of the law firm reaching out to them EVER for my medical records AT ALL. I sent the records to them to get the case moving and months later, they ask me about a medical visit and my primary care doctor's information (stuff that would be IN my medical records that I sent MONTHS AGO), I told them to look into the medical records that I sent to them and they told ME to all of the records over AGAIN (did they LOSE my PRIVATE MEDICAL RECORDS?!?) when they could have looked for that information on their own. I go months without hearing anything from anyone, no one reaches out. They WILL forget about your case, treat you like you are an inconvenience to them, and pretty much add insult to your injuries. They only care about getting new clients locked into a horrible contract, STAY AWAY FROM THEM and everything that I am saying is true, I have records to prove it.

I do not like my service that Riddle and Riddle Injury Lawyer, *** **** have given me. *** **** have not done a great job handling my case at all. *** **** has had my case for 2yrs with 3 different case managers. I had to repeat my case over to each of the 3 case managers because they are not on the same page. I end up with nothing out of my settlement. I have to pay *** ***** a lien, and medical bills. For 2yrs of pain and suffering. Having to have surgery on my lower back. I should be seeing more than $5000, but I am not. I am not happy at all!! I'd also like to add that it was a task trying to get to *** **** himself. He seemed to be too occupied and uninterested in speaking with me several times.Riddle & Riddle Injury Lawyers LLP

******** experience and unfortunately due to their negligence and mismanagement of my case it has been forced to go to litigation. It has been an absolute mess from the very beginning and I feel like I was discriminated against mistreated throughout this entire process. Its been almost 3 years and with the amount of changes I am no further along now that I was 3 years ago. I'm very disappointed in ******** Riddle. It has been over a week since he received my US Priority Mail 9" x 12" envelope containing my accident details with pictures and multiple drawing of the site. He nor his office has had the courtesy to reply with even "We can't help you" or anything. He received my home address, my email address, my cellphone number, and my home telephone number, any of which a quick reply would have worked. After any injury from an accident, being farther ignored is not acceptable.Riddle & Riddle Injury Lawyers LLP

I was in an auto accident that was no fault of my own. I had no idea how to handle it. Attorney settled 4 months ago with insurance adjuster securing a larger pay out for themselves than me I still haven't received my settlement. Following my accident I was left with carpal tunnel that was not present prior to accident I still experience numb fingertips pain in my arm weakness in my hand that causes me to constantly drop things.
