what an easy process, I went online designed my shed, and Sheds Direct delivered exactly what I asked for. Everyone from the sales representative, to the delivery team were professional and friendly.

I was exceptionally impressed with the delivery. They called a half hour out and was very professional. They made us feel like that delivery was there only delivery and nothing else mattered. The equipment was great to where it didn't leave any marks and was put exactly were we wanted it. Very friendly staff on both ends and was quick and easy throughout. Unfortunately, mistakes do occur -- Sheds Direct offers our greatest apologies for the error. The salesperson who sold the building contacted the customer this morning to see what we could do to make it right. The customer spoke with her husband, and both agreed to leave the window as-is, instead of having someone come out to change the placement of the window. I'm very happy from the very beginning to the very end every department went above and beyond. I'm actually crying as I type this bc our house burned down new years eve we got the barn as a starting point for a tiny. Something until we decide what we want build back. But once again thank all of you so much for your outstanding customer service

Well first if I could provide a less than 1 star, they would receive that. I originally purchased the building from Lowder Buildings in Blanch, NC. Since then, they were bought out by Sheds Direct Inc. I filed a complaint about mold and leaks in the shed and they refuse to fix the shed. They sent out their repair man and he said that the entire top half of the shed needs to be replaced. There is additional water damage other than the mold seen. He said he is going to recommend an entire new shed. We have been waiting for months now to have this fixed. I have also sent photos directly to the head person supposedly via text while i was on the phone with her showing where you can see daylight. The mgr will not return my calls or respond to any emails as well. Terrible customer service for someone who advertises the lifetime warranty on their page.Sheds Direct, LLC

As stated, Sheds Direct purchased a manufacturing plant in April 2022. During this acquisition, Lowder Buildings of Blanch, NC became a dealer of Sheds Direct, as they had previously sold for the previous manufacturer. The customer purchased his building prior to Sheds Direct purchasing the manufacturing plant. Sheds Direct is taking full responsibility of the products produced from the previous manufacturer.
Once Sheds Direct was notified of the issue, a work order was entered into our system. The repairman was sent out to evaluate the damage, but did not find mold in the building. He advised the customer that we could rebuild the building, but the customer refused, as they had put up a fence and did not want to remove it for us to retrieve and replace the building. Our Logistics Manager did speak to the customer, who provided photos of the current situation as well as pictures of the building when it was purchased. The pictures were submitted during the time the manager was on vacation, but she has since worked with the builder to evaluate what needed to be done. The customer was contacted on February 17, 2023 and advised Sheds Direct would be out there on February 27, 2023 to replace the roof and OSB.
Sheds Direct values our customers and works diligently to resolve all issues that may arise. The current situation is still ongoing, but repairs have been scheduled. Once the repairs are completed, the issues submitted by the customer should be resolved.
