They agreed to replace the door the sales company lied about. I have texts with their District Sales Manager ** ****** on October 24th 2024 about the options. I texted Id like to leave the rampage door behind they were replacing since we already paid the $1218.90 for it and I agreed to have that work scheduled since the sales company was eating the cost to replace the door. JWs response was he busy and to call him back. I called him back and we discussed everything to get on the schedule. December 5th 2024 they came out and the workers had orders to take the rampage door with them. I called ** and he claims he never said they would leave the door behind, that that was the reason the price to replace the door was discounted. One we never had a discussion about the price for the replacement door being discounted, plus the sales company was eating that cost. Two Id remember having such a conversation as its literally my job and I dont appreciate being lied to. He claims he had this long discussion about it with me after talking with his builders about that fact and about what a headache it was to get this door replaced and since it wasn't it writing to leave the door they were taking it. ****** learned when dealing with this company or at least their District Sales Managers make sure everything is in writing. Now Im out the $1218.90 for a door we no longer have (I could have at least tried to sell it to recoup some of my cost) plus the additional cost of the ramp being $475.07. ** ****** flat out said they are going to salvage what they can so they will essentially be selling that same door twice. Considering they are selling the door again I should get that knocked off my final price. (That discount for the new door which I didnt know was discounted to begin with is essentially a price break for the sales company that' covered the cost) They could have at the very least thrown in the ramps since they are double dipping on the very expensive door.

Sheds Direct delivered a building exactly to the specifications the customer ordered. The customer approved and signed the customer acceptance for the building upon completion. The customer's paid in full for the work completed. After the building was completed, the customer changed their mind about the door and wanted to revise the building. Sheds Direct found a way to not charge the customer for this revision. The builder would accept a credit towards the revision fee of $1218.90 if they could reuse the Rampage door. The dealer agreed to paying the remainder with part of their commission. Sheds Direct completed the revision on 12/5 and delivered the new plastic ramps and picked up the Rampage door as discussed. To receive the the Rampage door from Sheds Direct *** we need to be reimbursed for revising this order $1218.90.Mike S.

The Shed that was delivered was not delivered to speck and you know it. The salesmen for ************ and Steel buildings completely misrepresented what the rampage door would do he sold us a door that didn't exist. We did not approve and did not sign any customer acceptance for the building upon completion. In fact the crew that built it made very little contact and left without saying a word to us let alone having us inspect the work before they left. Fortunately since they left with no contact we didn't pay the other half of the shed so that actually gave us leverage to get it fixed. It was like pulling teeth to actually get someone to respond from the dealer and get the door replaced, not because we changed out minds, but because the door we were sold and upcharged on was not what we were told it would be. Sheds Direct did nothing to not charge us for new door. I had to reach out to the dealer several times and only after blasting them to the whole company did I get a response. I didn't want to do that but after a week and half of calling, emailing and texting I needed to get our shed fixed. We agreed on 10/24/2024 to get our door replaced and were told it was a rush job but still take about 4 weeks and we'd be notified a week in advance when they were coming. 6 weeks later we were given one days notice on 12/04/2024 that they would be out 12/05/2024. Never were we told the builder would accept a credit toward the new door if they could reuse the rampage door. I had asked several times in writing about keeping the door since we already paid for it. Of course responses to that were only done over the phone. My fault for not getting anything in writing. Sheds Direct made a deal with the dealer to remove door and resell it for reducing some of the commission. Never were we informed of the backroom deal. They played it off like they were doing us a favor but instead they were getting paid extra to install the correct door and install ramps to it. When I called out their District Sales Manager on it he said nothing was in writing and complained about how finishing this job was a huge headache for them. That was the only discussion had on the matter after the fact. Then they took the door we didn't want to resell it. So we paid $1218.90 for the door initially, Sheds Direct received a cut of the commission worth $650 to replace it then they are reselling that same door on top of the $475 for the ramps. Don't get me wrong through their shady business practices they made out and I just want people to know that since they have no intentions of making it right. They are insane if they think we'll give them an additional $1218.90 for the luxury of getting that door back after they made massive profits off that door from us.Review fromShanita R

Sheds Direct was very efficient and created a shed exactly to my specifications.Handi-House is the local dealership that handled the delivery. The were awesome and I cannot praise them enough! I got hit from Hurricane ****** with floodwater and they were so understanding and worked with me on delivery delays.Physical delivery was seamless.Sheds Direct, LLC

The shed was easy to order and was delivered in a timely manner. I am happy with the construction of the shed and it came as ordered. I do have a couple of things I have to call about to have resolved. I was supposed to get 2 keys but only got one. The first time I used the key, it was stuck in the k*** I have tried multiple suggestions, but the key won't come out. The other issue I had was with the $150 leveling kit. I pretty much had the shed site leveled with a stone pad. The leveling kit was a joke and a waste of my money. They shoved a 2 inch cement block under 7 of the 8 runners. One corner they just piled up my stone under and a couple of the blocks weren't even touching the runner and one he used some wood shims that weren't touching and I'm sure will rot away. I will fix the blocks myself to make it right by leveling them with my stone. But someone is going to have to fix the door lock and key. Other than these issues I am very happy with the shed. I will call customer service to relay the issues I have.Sheds Direct, LLC

Designing and purchasing our shed was an easy process. Online program to design the shed was fun and easy to use. ****** was great to work with. The shed was delivered on time.
