  This company calls and uses local numbers when they are not local. They never leave messages. Then when you call it doesnt say the name of the company. They ask for all your information and when you say Id rather not can I talk to a supervisor because they will not they tell you they cannot without verification. Thats a lie. Thats a company warning to employees who they can reprimand for this. However they violate your rights from the very beginning of calls.

  These people will call repeatedly and harass you and ven when you tell them they’re calling during your work hours and ask them to stop. Incredibly rude and will give misinformation. I’m disputing a collection and they say I have no right to dispute. I’ve blocked them numerous times and they still find a way to call.

  I would give them a -10 if it was a rating. I have been harassed for 5 months by these people. When I answered today Cynthia was very rude. This was the last straw! The supervisor RON needs to be fired along with CYNTHIA. He provided NO solution to the problem instead he supported how his employees unprofessionalism. These people are vultures. They have HORRIBLE customer service and are unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate.

  This is in response to SRM. You’re not sorry I had this bad experience with your company. Ron, supervisor on duty May 8, was no help at all. He basically supported the behavior of his employee Cynthia, for handling her call to me appropriately. Cynthia was VERY rude and VERY unprofessional. She had no desire to “help” me nor did Ron. You can help me by dissolving this debt altogether after I stated to you that I wasn’t obligated to pay based on me satisfying my account with ADT when I cancelled the services.

  Literally would give ZERO if I could. Andrew is literally a miserable *****, how are you rude to someone with is TRYING to pay, I said I could pay it off in 2 weeks, and he literally said “uh no, you need to pay something today” I said “excuse me maybe I’m not understanding”, he said “well call me back when you understand”. Literally rather wait until it falls out off in 6 years or sold to another agency before I give them a penny. They need to be shut down ASAP!
