    I made 3 installment payments of $700 each for a laser package on 10/6/2022, 11/7/2022, and 12/8/2022 with appointments to complete treatment. While I had appointments scheduled, the Sona Med Spa Galleria closed for service with continual assurances that they would reopen. I have made frequent contact with an individual who identifies herself as a customer service representative of the company named ***** ******. She has assured me on multiple occasions that the refund is forthcoming, that accounting is verifying books, etc., however, it has been almost one year and I have yet to receive a refund or any contact from a company representative in writing with a plan for refunding my payment. I would like the amount of $2100,00 refunded to me immediately.

    The I went to SONA Dermatology Med spa of Greensboro because I had enlarged pores as a result of acne I use to have. On getting there they advised I get a diamond glow with a chemical peel, of which I told the aesthetician that my dermatologist had advised micro needling to cover pores but she said that wasn’t necessary. At the time I didn’t have spots or acne or anything just enlarged pores.

    I got their products and started the diamond glow. Few days after the first treatment I started having rashes and breakout and my face was getting itchy. I reached out with picture below and they told me it was normal I needed to be patient as that’s a purge and I’ll see results soon.

    I was patiently waiting to see result since July but look at the pictures and see the terrible outcome of my face. The annoying thing is how they’re acting so less concerned after damaging my face. I no longer trust this people and I’m crying everyday looking at my face. Lost self esteem about my face without trying to cover up with makeup. I hate the day I walked into Sona dermatology and spent so much to destroy my face!

    I have attached pictures of myself before I started the treatment, when the rash and breakouts became and now.

    On December 9, 2022, I Went to sonamed spa for coolsculpting. They told me that they will take a deposit of $150 and the rest at time of service. I told them like a week or so later, that I asked my doctor if I could do that type of procedure and she said no. So I called Med spa and they asked for a letter. I provide them the letter. Since then, like around January 2023, they offered me options as to keep that amount as credit. I stated no, that I wanted the money they took before I had the procedure. They keep telling me that they will contact management. I called today and she said that management decline the request for a refund! It’s $1700 that they took without me doing the treatment. It’s not buyers remorse, my doctor said no! I need help. The attached paper is all she gave me to show how much they are to refund. Very unprofessional.
