    If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would without hesitation. My experience with **** Dermatology has been nothing short of a nightmare. As a first-time laser treatment recipient, I would strongly advise against anyone considering their services.From the outset, professionalism was sorely lacking. Following my first treatment, I was bombarded with relentless calls from the receptionist, pressuring me to purchase additional treatments or products. On top of this, my scheduled appointments were rescheduled four out of six times, often at the last minute, causing immense inconvenience as I had already taken time off work.To exacerbate matters, there was a critical scheduling error made by the receptionist nearly resulting in the cancellation of one of my appointments. Despite explicitly requesting that my file not be handled by the receptionist anymore, I continued to receive calls from her, indicating a clear disregard for my concerns.Adding insult to injury, my final treatment appointment was canceled without prior notice, a recurring issue that I had unfortunately come to expect from **** Dermatology. Throughout this entire ordeal, the managers lack of accountability and empathy further compounded my frustration. When I raised the issue of compensation for the consistently poor service, the manager promised to escalate my concerns to corporate but failed to deliver any meaningful resolution. Her refusal to provide corporate contact information under the guise of policy was particularly disingenuous, as I later found their contact information through a simple online search.Overall, my experience with **** Dermatology has shattered my trust in their ability to prioritize customer satisfaction over profit. They have demonstrated a complete disregard for their clients' time and concerns, leaving me deeply dissatisfied. Save yourself the frustration and financial strain by seeking services elsewhere.

    This company does not deserve to treat patients especially of color for laser hair removal. My skin was badly damaged to the point my skin melted off my face in numerous spots. I went back the next day and same person who burned me did the eval. Several visits later and seeing their on staff "dermatologist" was a joke and advised me to continue treatments. I ended up with severe damage to my skin. Nothing can repair the discoloration, hyperpigmentation, and issues. Treatments were like going through a fast food window you never know who you'll get and their qualifications seem to be take a class and you are ready to aim a high power laser on someone's skin. I'm writing this review because I have for a year now tried to get this company to at minimum refund my money. Each time there is a different office manager and a new run around . As of 1/11/24 same BS we are evaluating everything. I've sent request now 4 times. I've been patient. Use this business at your own risk. I have seen a real dermatologist and they referred me for second review and nothing will repair the damage. A possible chemical peel but for ethnic people that's a high risk.
