      2/7/23. I called Pete Wall Plumbing to schedule a service call and I spoke with a receptionist/secretary that was very rude and offensive. She told me that she not believe that I was a notable/legit property manager and she had nothing but attitude. When I asked her why she was so rude she hung up on me. I called her back directly and asked her could we start over and set up a plumbing service call? She followed up by telling me that she and her company do not want to do business with me and she had never heard of me or this Your Friendly Real Estate before. I have been a full time real estate broker working in *********** ** for 35 years and I have never been disrespected so badly!! I will make it a point to tell my fellow real estate community about the total lack of customer service that I received today on the phone with the receptionist/secretary at PETE WALL PLUMBING CO.!!

                      First,
      in response to the complaint of poor customer service experienced by a potential
      customer on 2/7/23, we want to truly apologize. 
      We regret that your experience with us was less than professional, and
      that it left a negative impression in your mind of our company.  We strive to always give the best experience
      that we can to our customers and our potential customers and if we fail to do
      so, we take the experience back to the drawing board and revisit our actions to
      figure out what we can do differently to change that perception.  Although we have been in business for many
      years, the industry is forever changing and competition stiff and we must
      evolve and strive to go “over the top” with great customer service.  It would be foolish of us in this day and
      time to think we are exempt from error and we realize we are capable of falling
      short of our goals to always consider the public first, for they are the source
      of our survival as a successful business! 
                      Secondly,
      although we are reminded that we are all human and may at times fall short of even
      reaching the minimum level of “good customer service,” this review has
      definitely reminded us that there is much room for improvement if we are to survive
      in today’s “small business” industry.  With
      that being said, we will attempt to reach out to the customer to extend our
      apologies on a personal level and hope that they will allow us to make a second
      effort to exhibit good customer service and professionalism as we should always
      make every effort to do.  We never want a
      potential customer to have an unsatisfactory experience, especially in just
      making a phone call to inquire about our services. 
                      Lastly,
      we sincerely apologize again on behalf of Pete Wall Plumbing Company and we
      thank the customer for bringing our shortcomings to our attention.  We intend to take this review to heart and strive
      to make changes so that every interaction with our company is a positive
      one.  We will re-train our employees and
      reiterate the importance of always putting our best energy forward when
      interacting with the public.  We understand
      that the public’s support and patronage is how we survive as a business and we will
      make every effort in the future to show our appreciation!
