      I Notified Time Finance that I had a family emergency on the week of Feb 3 2025. I asked if they do deferments. A person I spoke with over the phone said yes but my loan is early not enough matured time. I explained that I will be able to make 100 payment out of my 138 original payment. I was instructed to use online link to make payment I did. .I only get paid once a month disability. I cut a few years seasonal during summer and spring and during these times I can make the payment more timely. I just had a family emergency.. After the due date of feb 20th I still had a balance of 38 dollars. the phone calls and messages on both my cell phone and house phone as well as text messages were relentless it was only 38 dollars and i wasn't even 15 days nor 30 days late. I called and talked to a lady i told her I would be able to pay the remainder and my up coming payment until march the 14. I was expecting to do job for someone to catch up.. On wedsday the 12th of march I received a text stating I lied to them on a promissory. . I feel what they've done was illegal and that they are predatory lenders , I will let everyone know of my experience wit Time Finance of **************** . NC law states only 4 percent of a the balance due can be cared to my account I was charged 18 dollars the instead of $1.42. My wife is very sick with esophageal complications due for surgery . I didnt have the full amount I had to figure out how to get her to the doctors. Time Finance are some very nasty people.. Three to four calls eveery single day starting and 730 am - 8am ..

Mr. ***** has always been an excellent customer and we are very sorry that his opinion of us is not the same. After the account review, we are confident that we have complied with all applicable federal and state debt collection statutes. We will certainly do everything possible to assist him and hope that our relationship will continue on an amicable level. Please contact us if additional information is needed.
