      I recently had a loan with them in which the employee failed to complete the paperwork correctly. I missed a payment. They harassed you daily. I paid the loan out early. Then I called to follow up on my paperwork. I ask for *****, the office manager. ***** answered the phone and impersonated her until I caught the voice. Then she decides to transfer the call. ***** fail to complete the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. I asked to get the regional manager, ******************* number. ******************* the office manager gets on the screaming at me because I notified him of my concern. Then he abruptly toss the phone back to ***** because I asked him for the regional managers telephone number. All I asked if that was procedures or the process. I quote, He said we can do it the way we want to do it! This totally unacceptable because when it comes to my credit score and character. There are processes and procedures that loan companies has to follow. I have contacted the regional office and left numerous messages because an upper management team needs to address the behavior of the management team and employees that work at the Mount Olive branch. They are operating unprofessionally and unethical.

      PREDATORY LENDING!This is unbelievable! Apparently, this company (Time Financing Service) sends cashable checks in the mail (soliciting) to an address hoping that the resident will cash the check, creating a loan with the company. They do not verify that the person cashing the check is indeed the person wishing to take out the loan. This should be against the law for a company to do this in the ***********************. If a company is going to establish a loan with a consumer, it should verify/confirm the identity of the consumer before funds are released to the consumer. There should be some legislation against this kind of practice. We live in a time where credit is important and a reflection of a person's trustworthiness, it should not be this easy to ruin someone's name. I am equally the victim of Time Financing Service and the person who cashed a check in my name. This is predatory lending! This company has damaged my reputation without doing due diligence to secure a loan properly. SHAME ON YOU!Ebony *********************
