      I am/ have been a customer of ***************************************************************************************** for more than a decade, currently they are transitioning to Civic Federal Credit Union. The issue is, my bank card doesnt work and when I finally got through to customer service, I was told my card was active but I had a balance of zero! I just got payed on 5/29/25 from the VA for my disability, I have 4 accounts with them, one with almost a 1/4 of a million dollars. I am told, I have a balance of zero. I am aware that they have not gotten everything set-up the way they had said things would be. I have zero money, no way to get any money and a bank card that is useless. The old webpage no longer exist, no way to prove that I had the funds that I am supposed to have. Civic has done a great dis-service to it's customers leaving us high and dry on a Friday with no way to buy food, pay bills or anything of the sort. I was essentially hung up on, when I told them I had 4 accounts and that I had just been paid, thats after waiting hours for a call back from customer service. If I can access my money, next week, I will be changing my banking institution, but in the meantime I am stressed out because I have insurance and other bills that probably will not be paid on time because I have an account balance of zero. I have tries to contact customer service 2 more times, but havent gotten to speak to anyone as of yet. Today is my Wedding Aniversary, but we couldn't celibrate because I can't access my funds. Royally ****** at Civic for such a poor executed plan! The civic website is also down, so there isn't anyway to check to see if my other accounts will show up! I am told they are closed this Monday and the webpage will not be operational until June 3rd, Wednesday of next week. Highly dissapointed as I am sure so many are!

      Civic Federal Credit Union purchased Local Government Federal Credit Union and all of my accounts were transferred to Civic on June 1st. I have now called 3 times to cancel the auto-pay on (2) loans because they are absolutely horrible. I have pulled all my money out except for the mandatory $25 I have to keep in the savings account and I will make my payments monthly using **************** online bill pay. The first two times I called I was told a specialist would call me back. The third time I was transferred to a specialist to assist with the auto load auto pay and told I would have to call a different number to get help with the mortgage auto pay. I am still on hold while I type this for 1 hour now. I don't think they have any plans to help me. They want to auto draft and hope my money is not in the account when they try and draft it so they can charge me a fee. This is a horrible way to treat people. Can you all please help me get these auto payments cancelled?

      I am unable to make deposits into my ***, it is not an available option for online banking and when I went into my local branch none of the tellers have access to *** accounts either. I called and made their 800- number aware of this 6/5 and I have yet to receive a call back. I called again today on 6/18, I was on hold for over a hour and eventually hung up on without resolution. My *** is essentially missing out on money that could have earned interest because of this. I have also reached out to them via social media business chat and no one has responded to me there either.

      Civic Federal Credit Union 

      Bank changed from LGFCU to Civic Federal Credit Union. Bank supposed to issue new cards with Civics logo and asked to discard old credit card from LGFCU. I never received a card. I've been reaching out to the bank about a new card and to make payment. Phone number wasn't valid to function until June 3, 2025. No one has been available or active to update changes to my credit card account. Bank has now place my account in the credit bureau for none payment. Representatives will not take my payment and hangs up constantly after saying they are going to transfer me to a Representative.

      I had a vacation rental refunded to my LGFCU credit card after the merger. I have called 6 times been. Each time they have no record I have ever called before. It is $179.00 refund on 6/3/2025. They either put me on eternal hold or back in the queue. I have had a supervisor put me back in the queue then they cant get same supervisor back on the line. They are trying to steal money. The refund was from Timber top Cabin Rental (views of the Smokies) reservation ******.

      A refund was successfully processed to my account 06/05/2025 for $448.58. Due to a recent merge/acquisition, the **** has lost the funds, however, they wont look for them. I have been told several days that someone will contact me in 24 hours. The supervisor refuses to escalate the issue and when asked to speak to a higher manager, Im just placed on perpetual hold. This is horrible customer service and I would add theft.

      I have been trying for 4 days now to ***ort fraud on my account. Ive spent 3-4 hours waiting on hold for a call center *** to tell me they forwarding my call to member services or the fraud team then after an hr wait another call center tech answers the phone. Its a loop! Ive wasted about five hours over the last four days in this loop. Ive tried to escalate my phone call in a fraud status and they put four different request in over the last four days and has zero returnphone calls. As far as I know this bank is a complete scam built up of call centers that just rotate phone calls to the next call center. Ive also sent at least four emails requesting a call back and have not received a one.

      On June 6th my debit card ending in 6369 was used for fraud. ****** was taken from my account. I notified the bank and they marked card ending in 6369 as stolen. I have yet to get a replacement card. I cant even get a call back with an update. I have been on a fixed income for sometime now. I need a new card and my account ************************ the ******. This is by far the worst bank and service I have ever experienced in my 63 years of life. The merchant charge was ****** transfer to **************.

      LGFCU switched to Civic Federal Credit Union this month. Last month I tried to pay a credit card bill at LGFCU on 5/16/2025 but they stopped taking payments on 5/15/2025 due to all accounts being acquired by Civic Federal Credit Union. My minimum payment was $78.00 at the time. Once I got the statement from Civic Federal Credit Union, it said my minimum payment was now $220.00. I have not used this credit card since the switch and the balance was exactly the same on both statements from both banks in May. I have called at least 8 times, with hold times exceeding more than ************************************************************* this matter every time I call and if I do by chance reach someone, they tell me someone will have to call me back to discuss this matter and that has yet to happen. I have to explain the same thing over and over again each time I call and I'm not the only person experiencing this awful transition for help. I'm hoping someone can help me in this matter, as I do not want my credit score negatively affected
