    I accepted a free stretch session back in January. The technician was wonderful. I purchased a 3 month stretch package for two Sessions a week for $300 a month. I signed a contract with all intent to Use every single session. Upon booking, I was given a different stretch zone employee. Feeling somewhat concerned, I still agreed with it, since the first technician had a schedule that doesnt work with mine. The first two ********************** and I were comfortable with one another. Since stretching is a close-contact activity, I like to feel relaxed so I always engaged in conversation. ***** was very comfortable with me but one day the conversation became inappropriate for the type of service he performs. He commented on the way people smell or if theyre too overweight. While he wasnt referring to me, he said it in a room full of other clients and technicians. I was uncomfortable and felt it was insulting. I mentioned it to staff who agreed it was inappropriate and said they would speak to him. I decided to end any further sessions because were in one large room and I would still be around him. But before I could get a resolution, they had automatically drafted the next months payment. While ***** apologized, the staff apologized and even canceled my contract, the owner refused to return the money. While they offered for me to resume sessions with a different person, my schedule didnt accommodate them. So the General Manager, said ****** would not return my money. She also would not talk with me just sent text through those non- specific phone number. If they found fault with this tech, why as the customer, am I paying for his inappropriate business behavior and I cant stand by their deceptive business practices.
