    Same complaint as the other however my experience was they mislead you on the pricing I was told it was month to month and then I come to find out its like on of the old gym memberships scams. Secondly I was charged for an hour service yet my practitioner was 8 minutes late, and finished 7 minutes early. I asked the ************************* to look into my complaints and he refused and said he had never had a complaint. I called there corporate head quarters and there was no resolution.     Very poor business as they hijacked 1 of my pre paid bundle visits because they did not follow through on confirmation of an appointment as agreed. They like to make appointments immediately following your visit but I could not commit to a time so they suggested a place holder and a call during the week to firm up a schedule - they never called for that and when I next went in to use my pre paid bundle visit they informed me that my visit had been charged and I had no more pre paid visits on my bundle. Poor practitioners, poor training and poor business practices I give them an f - try stretch lab for a better experience

    Not sure about this company. I had a great free stretch session. The technician was wonderful the stretches they gave me felt really good, however, at the end of the session I was told about the pricing and packages which are almost like taking a vacation in a permanent holiday home, such a shame! I wouldve loved to have bought a couple of independent packages to have continued, however, they try to lock you into a three-month draft from your bank situation which I never feel good about, so, I declined.Unfortunately if they were to offer some independent sessions at a fixed price even for one month I would have returned.
