Im very disappointed in the *** architectural design and approval process, every time you submit a design report it normally comes back denied with no justification, then its repeated emails that go back through the builder requesting why and with no answers. I really believe I made a mistake buying a home from this company. Second point is you can be denied a architectural design and find 4-5 other homes in the same ***/ neighborhood with these deigned or out of policy in accordance with the *** standards, but there permitted. Its a big double standard with this builder. Big mistake buying a Bill Clark home

The above complaint is false and intentionally the customer is trying to be misleading. On 6-21-24, the company in charge of the *********************** sent a denial letter clearly stating that the material requested (poly carbonate) was the reason for the denial. I would attach the letter so the customer can read it again but there isn't a way to send an attachment on this submission form. The request will continue to be denied for the reasons mentioned above.Review fromTyler W

1 starWe had a poor experience with the home build. Our initial experience with the design process was outstanding, but once it got to the point of actually building we found lots of communication errors, sub par execution on craftsmanship, extreme delayed follow up on loose ends after closing. This was all relayed to the company with a very frustrating email at which time the owner of the company called within a less than ideal customer engagement instead of taking any level of accountability.Review fromNatalie S

1 starHorrible. Horrible. Horrible. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS BUILDER. 14 months to build our home. Endless delays. Windows still not replaced after walkthrough (6 months ago). The icing on the cake.....Our house plans were in the fireplace box! Electrician was putting an extra outlet for a fixture above mantle when he came across house plans bunched ** in a ball.............COMPLETE FIRE HAZARD. Do not waste your money and time.
