      There manager there was rude and would not honor warranty. If this happened to you they did not honor warranty join me in doing something about it. Avoid this place at all costs. I suggest if your warranty was not honored join me in contacting the State Attorney General and ************** ********** of ******** Together we can change things.

      We would need more information to investigate this claim. What location did this happen at? Who was the person dealt with? And what was the circumstances surrounding the return or not honoring the warranty?

      These people are very unprofessional and need major training in customer service skills. They seem very ghetto and immature even. I purchased a Play station 4. Asked 3 employees what is their policy on returns and refunds. They said as long as it works, we cannot refund you. After the game was played it was making a loud noise and freezing at times. To me it came on but their were things wrong with it, I would not have spent over $200.00 not thinking that I would be stuck with something that was not working to me. Went back in 4 days later. A sales manager named ***** said that if we came back on Monday he would be there and he would give us the refund. He apparently lied because he was not there when we got there on Monday. The staff was a joke in the way that they were speaking and trying to blow off where was *****. They then proceeded to say we could sell the game back to them but would lose $50.00. We had not even had the game a week before we contacted them with concerns. To avoid a scene and having the cops being called we got the $160.00 instead of the $213.00 that we paid and left the store. We should not have been lied too. If ***** was a sales manager, they should have been able to call him and ask him where he was and to let him know that we were there at the store. They also should have never told us that we could get a refund if it did not work... Poor business and a major rip off. As hard as money is to come by now and someone just take $50.00 from you just like that. I took the refund but I am holding on to it. I am going to contact my credit card company to see if I can dispute the charge.
