In November 2023 I signed a contract with more than $7000 for timeshare cancellation. I have never spoken directly with the attorney who was supposedly assigned to my case and the individuals name such as ***** ******** and *****, which were the only contacts names and numbers that I had appear to no longer be valid. No one would ever return my calls and I have submitted email through the ** compliance website and the other various email addresses that Ive been given to recoup my funds and I get no response. Needless to say that my contract was never canceled with the timeshare either This is a nightmare. im not even sure who I was speaking to the last time. I had someone on the phone, but they said theres been a lot of attorney turnover, but if this is a reputable corporation , someone should be there to return my money. Trying to see if theres a way to reach ******* ********, who may have been the one presenting at my restaurant meeting. I just want my money back.. *. ******

TS Compliance Group did not complete the transfer of our timeshare within the 12 months as promised and I have requested my 100% money back guarantee of $10,549.00, to no avail. We have been in contact with ***** **** many times and he just tells us he is working hard. He told us he has nothing to do with refunds and to contact ****** at ***-***-**** who does the exit paperwork. I'm wondering if ****** even exists. The phone is never answered nor are calls ever returned. It is disheartening in that it's impossible to speak with anyone and we feel we've just been getting the runaround. I contracted with ** in good faith and would like them to honor their end of it. I can't even find out the department to call for a refund.

This company is a ****. There are enough bad reviews that you need to move on. We contracted with TS Compliance Group back in 9/14/2023 to exit out of our time share contract and now, on 10/30/2024 our time share company is foreclosing on the property for failure to pay the 2024 maintenance fee. We were told this would be taken care of by 12/31/2023 and if it wasn't done, they would pay the maintenance fee (it was written in the contract we signed not to pay the fee). In good faith we paid them $11,525.00 to exit out of our time share contract only to end up get a foreclosure ding on our credit report that could remain there for the next 7 yrs. I have a flder full of correspondence from them telling me their legal department is working on it. When asking them for my 100% guarantee refund, I was told that comes from another department, but I never received any information on who to contact. They have redesigned their web page so it looks like the company is legit. I think it's time to contact the ************************ along with the State ************************* to file a complaint. This company has to be stopped. Enough people have lost significant sums of money signing contracts with them and have gotten nothing in return.

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM RUN! THEY USE PREDATORY PRACTICES TO LURE PEOPLE TO THERE PRESENTATION, THEN THEY STIFF YOU ON THE ***** THEY PROMISE. I AM A BIG BELEIVER IN HONOR AND THIS COMPANY HAS NONE. i WAS SENT A FLYER THAT I EMAILED TO THEM CLEARLY PROMISING A $50 CASH GIFT AND A $50 GAS VOUCHED. THIS COMPANY HAS DENIED THAT I HAVE THE CORRECT PROMOTION EVEN THOUGH I EMAILED THEM A COPY OF THE PROMOTION. NO WHERE DID IT MENTION A SUBSTITUTE GIFT OR A REBATE. THEY OUT RIGHT LIED AND I FEEL VERY UPSET AND SCAMMED. ESPECIALLY SINCE I TOOK TIME OFF WORK

We signed up in October 2023 to dispose of our timeshare. Since then I have made numerous calls to my assigned "contact" (who never answers the phone) as well as sending countless emails. I have received email responses on rare occasions, the latest of which happened in early May, informing me that I would receive a form "soon" that would be the final step in the process. I've tried calling the customer service number (the same one number for all their locations) and have been intercepted by a call answering service. I asked that my message be forwarded to someone (anyone) who would be able to discuss the status of my timeshare disposition. In the most recent call, the woman at the answering service gave me a number for their "main office", which I called and also was routed to voicemail. In effect, they have constructed a wall that prevents communication with any live person - meanwhile I'm being dunned by **************** Vacations for non-payment of last year's fees (which were we told not to pay). Also, beware of the trick that they play when you attend one of their "seminars". They'll ask you if you want them to find out how much it would cost to exit your timeshare and if you agree and they call your timeshare provider, you have used your one chance to exit on those terms. I don't know if this is legit, but it's certainly ethically questionable. I'm writing this in the vain hope that someone there might respond, but also as a warning to anyone who is considering using their services. Giving 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.

We got a mailer and decided to check out what they were offering to do. ("They" were not identified until I called the same number used for registering for the local session.) I told them over the phone that my wife was coming with me, and they stated that the spouse MUST also come; come on! I just told them that she was... ******. When they asked where our t/s was, I told them the name. (It is a well-known one in ******.) So, we get there - with my wife having an ongoing concern about getting back to teach her therapy classes at a hospital in another direction - only to be told that this concerned only deeded timeshares in the U.S. We carved out time (more than 3-and-a-1/2 hours) to learn, have a free lunch, and get a $50.00 "gas card," but they only turned us away because of a condition that they did not tell me about at the time that I registered over the phone; oh, I also received a reminder call less than 2-and-a-1/2 hours before the session was to be held, and - again - nothing was said about the deed/U.S. "stuff."Be aware and informed before even considering attending one of these.
