    Hired ***********************, to landscape my yard, bring mulch, 2 loads of gravel trim all my shrubs. I have contract that was signed on the 12th of April. Didnt show on the first day. Has had no crew he claims he has. The project was for **** dollars. Paid him half up front. Said the job would be complete on the 19th. Still has only showed all together maybe 4 hrs. Than he ask for ****** more dollars for concrete which was not in my contract. Proceeded to pour one bag of cement down. I dont no what to do. Im 63 years old working in a factory living paycheck to paycheck. *** complained to him so much my neighbors have witnessed this also.I dont have the money to hire a lawyer. Gonna try to borrow the money. This guy has done this to others. I really want him to pay for what hes done to me. Im so sick I cant eat or sleep. Thats money I saved for two yrs. Please help me take his business out. Thank You, ************, ************** **.

    Contracted L&S to build a fire pit. He showed us examples of previous work. We signed a contract stating he would build an inground fire pit with correct drainage, a sitting wall, use our flagstones to finish a walking path to the fire pit. What we got was an above grade circular seating area, no drainage, no path. Actually built on top of our spouting drainage blocking it. They did not complete 80% of the items listed on the contract listed below and demanded cash payment with the promise to return and correct the items. Kept getting stories that they would come back the next day, week, etc. with more excuses why they didn't show. We also noticed missing large flag stones that we were going to use for other projects. They took wheel ****** loads of dirt from the side of our hill to fill the voids and tried covering it up with leaves, even though I was standing on the porch watching. We asked for a reasonable refund of 25% of the cost and got a smart reply. So off to court we go.Contract stated:1. Dig out footer for bottom retaining wall - Incomplete 2. Install 3/4 wash rock for footer foundation for retaining wall - Incomplete 3. Install keystone block for retaining wall - Incorrect, based upon current build 4. Install *** stone for foundation - Incorrect, based upon current build 5. Install cobblestone for outside border patio - Incomplete 6. Install concrete screening for leveling of flagstone patio - Complete 7. Install clients own flagstone for pathway entrance/exit - Incomplete 8. Install upper retaining wall with clients own flagstone - Incomplete 9. Install river rock pea gravel for pathway - Incomplete 10. Correct driveway - Not required, because they never used machinery 11. Add on's charged separately - Not required
