      I've bought many times from Outdoor Limited---Except for somewhat slow shipping---I was and am

      Very happy with their service. I always buy name brand Ammo---Maybe that is causing other folks

      problems---but Ive always been treated well by Outdoor Limited. I rate the 5 Stars

      I have purchased ammunition from all the big names…****************, ****** ******, ***, etc. For the exception of ***, I can’t say I had any issues, but this organization has and continues to be the most consistent on price and customer service. I emailed them regarding a lot of ammo I purchased that was defective and they pulled it off the website the next day. Their membership is worth it if you buy more than two shipments. And they take great care to help (like when I forgot to order ammo for my daughter’s hunting rifle and put in a second order, the consolidated the shipment and refunded my second shipping costs).

      Purchased a large quantity ofammo from Outdoor Limited. In delivery notes I specifically put that the delivery needed to be made to Parcel Locker system and purchased the insurance for delivery. Package was apparently delivered to the site but left in the floor where someone walked away with it. FedEx said it was delivered and even sent a picture of it sitting in the floor Infront of the kiosk to scan in. I reached out to Outdoor Limited to see how we could resolve thile issue and they said the insurance only covers items that aren't delivered. Since FedEx said it was delivered they won't reimburse or send the ammo and make sure it is delivered correctly. FedEx will not let you claim against the delivery and the Outdoor Limited team is not concerned about customer service. An absolute nightmare to work with.

      Sorry about that. We did ship the package to the address listed on the order. If you need specific carrier requirements with FedEx please sign up for their delivery manager service. You can use this service to schedule or hold deliveries or add specific instructions.

      The shipper cannot add these services. Only the consignee at the verified address can make these specific requests.

      This doesn't make any sense. You offer a spot to put notes and special delivery instructions in a box above the area where you offer insurance protection for an additional price. After making note of the specific area that it need to be delivered to and expressing how much of a problem package theft is in the area and purchasing the insurance it still was not delivered correctly. Why would you offer a place to makes special notes if you can not relay those notes to your courier. It seems like you should put a disclaimer saying to reach out to FedEx instead of letting you know. Bottom line the delivery was not made properly per the instructions and I'm still out the money and ammo due to your policy.

      My name is ******* *****. This company sucks. I bought 5000 rounds of Armscor ammo and the quality is not good. It jams up on all three of my rifles. I reached out to outdoor limited and they said to BAD if you want your money back see Armscor, so I did and they said to bad also. So with that being said please stay away from both companies. If you would like to speak with me please call.

      Slow shipping but the best prices around on ammo. I will buy from them again but will know that it takes a few days to get any tracking info and it took me 8 days to receive shipment.
      Product packaged very good and exactly what I ordered.

      Terrible customer service. I guarantee if you purchased their " buyers club" free shipping package for 99.00. Your order wouldn't sit in the warehouse for 7 days before being shipped.
      Not worth it dealing with to save a few bucks

      Scroll down to all of the other 1 star reviews about dishonest shipping practices. Same happened to me and I should have visited here first. Don't waste your money with Outdoor Limited since they do NOT put their customers first. They take your money INSTANTLY and 7 days after sending me a tracking number...still not actually shipped out with UPS. Deceptive trade practices.

      AVOID THIS COMPANY. There's a reason this company is rated so low. I don't post reviews like this EVER but this is so bad I feel like I have to. Spent $500+ on a shipment with a delivery date of 2/2/23. Package never arrived so I called UPS. The person on the phone told me the package was lost and to submit a claim and then to call the merchant. I did that and called the Outdoor Limited. Spoke with Eric who sounded like he'd rather be doing anything but speak with me. I was extremely polite and let him know multiple times that I understand it's not his fault and if I sound frustrated it's not directed at him. Didn't make a difference. I also tried to speak with his supervisor Sandy multiple times but he wouldn't let me speak with her and she made no effort to reach out. I just wanted another shipment or a refund. He let me know that it would take 30 DAYS for a refund. This is for an order that was lost in the mail and SEVEN days late. Basically they made no effort whatsoever to help or be accommodating or even understanding. In the end, the second I said I'm going to just do a chargeback it seemed like he finally made an effort to get his supervisor on the phone but she STILL wouldn't talk to me. Extremely frustrating..

      Sorry about that. UPS reports that your package has a weather delay. I believe there was a recent storm in Texas. It looks like UPS has the package and is returning and you will be promptly refunded. I did see we also sent another order to you that delivered on time.

      I ordered 600 rounds for my AR at a really good price. But I thought I had a problem because nothing was happening to my order for around 4 days.
      Was getting worried.
      I reached out to customer service and (Jordan)said no need to worry .
      "Just a little tracking issue"
      And assured me everything's all good.
      And sure enough a day later it was on the way. It didn't get to me when they said, but I wasn't in a hurry, and a few days more didn't matter to me.
      They sell A Lot of Ammo.
      **** happens...
      But it came and it's exactly what I Ordered and the Ammo even looks better than the more expensive stuff. Shoots just as good too.
      Vary satisfied and I'm definitely using them again.
      So if you have any problems email Jordan, he will take care of you.

      Do not waste your time with this company. I ordered 500 rounds of 223 as well as 50 rounds of 9mm, I received a shipping notice but the tracking number said it never arrived at the facility. Ten days later I call and they said they were running behind because of the holiday but they would ship it out. When i finally received the ammo, it was not my ordered 550 rounds. It was 20 rounds of 7mm PRC. I called, filled a report and waited to hear from them. They contacted me and want me to send back their mistake and then they will send me the correct ammo. Not very apologetic about the situation and still using the excuse that the holiday is the reason they are incompetent. I am mad at this point. this was for a bday gift that passed two weeks ago. I want to cancel my order and get a refund but he offers me an ammo can with my order to make it seem like he is trying to make it up to me. I agree to keep the shipment. It arrived, OVER A MONTH AFTER MY ORIGINAL ORDER. Guess what….. no ammo can. this company cannot get anything right.
