      Ordered 500 rounds of 9mm blue bullets (precision one).received unusable ammo,cannot chamber them in any 9mm I own or friends 9mm pistols,they referred me to the manufacturer to take care of it,I did and they sent me more of the same defective ammo and ghosted me,outdoor limited will not do anything about the worthless ammo as well...they sold it...they should take care of it...two worthless companies with terrible customer service,I warn everyone I know that owns guns not to do business with either one of them(outdoor limited,precision one ammo) buyer beware!

      Ordered 2000 rounds of .223 ammo with them. UPS did not deliver it and I filed a claim with them. When I contacted Outdoor Limited's customer service the person I talked to said there was nothing they could do and hung up the phone after crying that his feelings were hurt.

      Horrific place to do business with and will never buy from them again. Will also advise everyone I meet to never do business with them also.

      Sorry about that. I do see we started the UPS investigation. If they are unable to deliver your package we will make sure your order is taken care of and you are made whole. I did see customer service made a comment on the notes that you were very upset on the phone. I am very sorry we are working hard to fix this issue as soon as possible.

      Order 1000 rounds of 9mm Blaze. Charged me, delayed shipping, then told me they could not ship to my address, because its a business and not to me. Didn't matter I owned it, or that I am physically there. Refused to refund it in 2 emails, by repeatedly telling me they cant ship it, and they can cancel the order if I like. The only problem is I had already told them to use that address or cancel the order, I had no other address to give these crooks. Finally had to go dispute the charge with my CC company, which means I have $300.00 sitting in limbo until its all settled in a month or 2, hopefully no longer. There is a reason they're cheap! They cant properly run their company with the overhead they allotted.

      Just got my shipment of 9mm luger. It's my second order from them, and on both shipments, im very IMPRESSED.! Fast processing, fair prices and really fast delivery. Yall have my business for all my ammo orders for life. THANK YOU and keep up the great work.
