Eanes installed a brand new Lennox Heat Pump in January 2020 with a 10 Year Parts Warranty and a 5 Year Labor warranty for right at $6500.Eanes had completed a maintenance in April of 2025 and all was good then.On June 29, 2025 - the system stopped cooling. They came out on June 30, 2025 and said it was out of refrigerant and it had leaked out from the condenser coil in the outside unit. $2,500 to repair. Finally, technicians came out on July 4, 2025 to repair. They told me that they found the leak and it wasnt the condenser coil. They said it had blown out of the top of the reversing valve and the repair would only cost right at $1800 (way too high!) with a 1 Year parts and labor warranty.3 days later on July 7, 2025, it failed again. Eanes sent technician Z*** out on July 8, 2025. I could see the oil had come from the same area of the reversing valve as before. The Reversing Valve is a small device. Z*** said it had sprung a new leak at the bottom which he could not prove. He showed me a $2400 price on his tablet to replace the Reversing Valve. He also tried to sell me a new compressor for another $2500 and even added I should consider replacing the entire system!I told him I would do the new Reversing Valve if they would apply $1800 credit for their failed repair to the $2400 fee. He said the office would apply the $1800 credit and now the reversing valve would cost me $1900 which made no sense. I asked him what he thought 2400 minus 1800 was and he was reluctant to answer. This company also previously tried to sell me a $60 UV bulb for $400. My opinion based on my experience is that Eanes **************************** are charging extremely high prices and overselling parts and services. The technician also told me they were selling parts with poor metal in them so they would fail more often. The tech said someone would call me to resolve and I received no call. I will not work with this company ever again.Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC

Eanes started out nice and courteous but went downhill quickly. Overpriced for repairs and massively overpriced for replacement systems. Salesman was way too pushy and almost demanded an immediate signing of the contract. He would not take no for an a so. Had to call a manager to get the calls to stop. They also charges my credit card to renew my service contract. I called to cancel and was told it would be refunded. Two days later still charged. Called again and told there was no record of my previous call. It was on automatic renewal which I knew nothing about. Then told it would take 10 days for a refund. Total scam artists.Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC

The technician came out to do a prepaid hvac tune-up / inspection and planted a capacitor in my outdoor unit and claimed it was the wrong one and wanted $366.00 to install the correct $20.00 capacitor. A five minute job. I have him on video. Don't trust these guys in your home or business. They're scammers. The company knows this because they'll gladly take your credit card. ******.Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC

The dissatisfaction was not as much about the price as it was about trying to sell me something I didn't need. It's bad that you have to be dishonest to make sales.Review fromRoddy

Lost A/C last Tuesday. Warranty issue. **** was out to confirm that. Nice guy. Since then, I've made inquiries three times. All three times, the scheduler had no information as to when repairs could begin, no information on whether parts have been found or when supply chain issues might be fixed. All three times, the scheduler made assurances that I would get that information by the end of that day. Nothing has happened, no communication. I have health issues that have made the last several days quite miserable. I get the impression that as it's a warranty issue, there will be no profit to the company, so they don't care.Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC

As always, once the technicians had the parts in hand, they did an excellent job. The Lead tech left me his business card with instructions to call him directly if there were any issues. They always do good work. In the future, the scheduler should pay more attention to assurances of regular updates. Other than that all is good and I will continue to use Eanes.Review fromRobert B

Eanes hvac is out to provide a top notch scam. They come out to your home and advise you there's multiple issues with your furnace then sometimes scam a homeowner into a unreasonably priced heating and cooling system. Not only that they'll come out the next day to install so you have no option for another opinion or quote. Now imagine being elderly and not knowing if there's actually anything wrong with your unit you just want a preventative maintenance preformed. Only to be told they're unable to provide freon for your unit that supposedly has a huge freon leak. Crazy cause nothing was wrong with the ac in question. These guys come out install a new unit have it inspected by the Davidson North Carolina County inspectors. After inspection you notice the system is not running right. You call another hvac company to find you were scammed by Eanes hvac and Davidson County inspectors. When a call is made to the Davidson country inspectors to come out and recheck items that clearly doesn't meet recommendations you're told you'll have to have Eanes resubmit a inspection for Davidson County Inspectors not doing their job. Finally when Davidson County Inspectors come back out they miss the Drain not glued in. Duct being too small, no temp sensor for heat strips, airhandler in attic wobbling around, 80 square inches of return air exposed to the attic only separated by some mastic tape there's issues with credibility. Eanes goes out selling 1.5 ton units for ****** dollars with a 10 year labor warranty. Even when you explain you don't want a labor warranty the sell it anyway. In order to maintain the warranty the salesman doesn't say you'll have to have 2 preventative maintenance preformed yearly for the warranty to be eligible. ********************* I believe is the service manager and he's a terrible person to do business with. He'll lie like his life depends on it all in order to scam you. Please do something to stop companies eanes from taking advantage of the Elderly and handicap.Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC

My situation is very similar to ******* S and only a few weeks before his issue arrived. I wished I could have warned him beforehand. Very similar pressure sales tactics I was pressured into redoing an old electrical panel along with the replacement of a full heat pump in which I did need. I also was told everything included and the electrical would be tossed in as a nice gesture. Five star promise and one of them is customer service. Two day install for HVAC was full of foul language and so was the third and the other one that was a return for something they messed up but wanted to refuse to make repairs at first. Somehow a wire was messed up and caused my light to stop working the day after HVAC install. I advised the electricians and then management because it was working properly before install. I was accused on the phone by electrical manager it was my fault and not there even though this was before the electoral part started then the electrical field supervisor did the same in person to my wife. I advised the ops manager I didnt want an electrical team at my house again. They didnt offer a generator for my fridge at 100 degrees out and they had an ISSUE with parts so my food spoiled. Then they installed the wrong size breaker so it failed inspection. I proved they charged for new wiring but was told they didnt do some by the workers and it was only half way new. I proved to ****** the sales manager but got crickets. I caught the installer in a lie about making repairs after a failed inspection saying he left a tool when he redid his adjustments he was supposed to do the day before for inspection to pass caught him red handed. This is still on going every time I talk to ops manager I get sent to sales. Corporate wants something from local to file a claim but as of now still crickets from both. Bunch of lies and half done work. No 5 STARS. Also my wife who is visually impaired was forced to sign papers when advised she couldnt see and the job wasnt done.Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC

I feel like I just got ripped off! I was just charged over $670.00 for 1/2 hours labor to install a condenser fan motor thar was under warranty for only the part. I called another HVAC repair company and they informed me they would charge around $300.00. The $670 was way too much for just 1/2 hours work.Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC

1 starEanes used to be really honest and did good work. I don't know if they have new management or not, but they have changed (for the worse!!). I was pressured into buying a new unit, even though my Carrier was great. My bad for listening to them. It's not even 2 years since my ********* system was installed. I currently have no heat (for 2 days now). The unit runs 24/7, my electric bill has doubled for the last 2 months. I called and 2 technicians came out, said it was heating and left... I called them back out to the house the same day. They admit that they don't know exactly what is wrong. They said they got their manager involved and should hear back from the manager the following morning. I didn't hear back and called the office to speak to the manager. I was told the managers are in a meeting. it's now almost lunch time, still crickets. I work from home, and I am freezing. Eanes is obviously in no hurry to return a simple call to give me an update on my HVAC system and it's under warranty. I do not recommend this company. They stopped caring about their customers.Review fromJeremy M

5 starsEanes REALLY took care of my grandmother. Other companies were just trying to sell us a new system but Eanes took the time to diagnose the problem and fix it. This saved her so much money which was crucial now that she is on social security and my grandfather has passed away. Thank you Eanes!
