Eanes installed a mini split for our bonus room. Spencer and Josh were both very friendly, respectful of my home, and worked efficiently. I would recommend Eanes to anyone looking for quality work!!!

got the maintenance package from this company. The technician came and pretended he was checking our downstairs furnance in the crawl space. after spending 45-60 mins he told us about cracked heat furnace & told my wife to turn off the heating as his company wont take the liability if an unfortunate event occurs due to carbon monooxide leak. His estimate 4000$ for part replacement or replace the whole unit for over 8000$ which was their labor cost as the unit is free under warranty. He arranged the appointment with the comfort advisor to reevaluate the situation the same day who repeated the same and suggested the same thing after checking the furnance. I decided to get second opinion from an independant business the next day. he checked everthing and informed me nothing wrong with furnance and the picture of the cracked furnace that Eanes employee provided us was not even my furnance. To our dismay he informed us that he saw a plastic bottle stuck forcefully in to the system's fan. we couldnt beleive how both of the technicians never saw or mentioned the stuck plastic bottle. they not only tried to overcharge us for a furnance part but tempered with our system. At my request that even if the part has to be replaced how much it will cost us. the independant technician told us that it would be less than 400$ for the labor. My friend who is also my neighbor had exactly the same experience with this company with exactly the same pictures of broken furnance part. which was a again false as per the independant technician. The purpose of this complaint is to make sure they don't try to rip off someone else's hard earned money and put their lives in danger or put them in great mental stress that we experienced.
please note: After several attempts to attain the pictures of the broken/cracked heat exchanger they never sent me the pictures but i took the picture of the said cracked part from one of the technician IPAD. So beware of this company

Eanes originally put in my air conditioner a few years ago and I was happy with the service.
However on 9/18/23 they came to service the a/c that had stopped working due to a clogged drainpan. Charged me $769.00 for a service call and condensate drain repair. When I asked for an itemized receipt with a breakdown of labor and parts, they refused to provide. They said that they charge per process not by parts and labor. I feel as though I was scammed. I am so disappointed in these business practices.

Eanes is recommended as a Lennox Premier dealer. It seems Lennox Supplier Management validation is failing.
Called Eanes to replace an AC unit.
    Spent $13,000.00
    - Installer stepped through the ceiling. Eanes did hire a drywall person to fix the problem.
-New unit did not cool the house.
-King valve was broken - replace the king value 2 months later.
-Failed City inspection due to leaking cool in the attic.
-Left trash in the attic, yard, and by the new AC unit.
Would not recommend it - I wish I could leave pictures.

I called because my A/C wasn't cooling the house. The technician from Horizon came and said he needed to replace the capacitor. They charged me $495 for the capacitor. When I checked I found that a capacitor only costs between $15 an $20. I called and complained and managed to get a $300 refund. However, the point is they were perfectly willing to screw me and let it go until I fought for what I got. They still made at least $175 on me with their concious overcharge.

Sales rep does not keep promises. Called for service no one showed no one called. Sold us new HVAC and not standing behind it. Promised a gift card have not seen that either.
