Richard is AWSOME, knowledgeable and efficient! He knows what he's doing and is very thorough! His passion is to keep people's home safe and teach them about essential things we need to know on our end! It was a pleasure having him service our home! He's professional, caring and understanding! Ever since they bought out bioshield I have had nothing but compliments for them. They actually show up for my pest control treatments when I'm charged unlike my previous company. They are always professional and nice when I talk to them on the phone and their technicians that show up. They are careful with my garden out back and I have had great interactions with this company, not to mention no problems with bugs! Highly recommend.Go-Forth Home Services
