    I have to think some of these reviews are from competing company's. I have had nothing but the absolute best experiences with Diecast Airplane Store. Have ordered from them a hundred times and every order has been great. Occasionally a model arrives damaged but their customer service team is quick to respond and rectify any issues. Would not order diecast airplanes from anywhere else.

    Have been purchasing from Diecast Airplane Store for years and have had nothing but exceptional service! Great models, great prices and fantastic customer service. I wont shop anywhere else.

    Horrific customer service - no acknowledgment of messages of any kind. Items never ship and I paid for upgraded shipping. I strongly urge people to avoid this company. I am in process of reporting this business.

    Pre-ordered in November 2022. Looking for status on 1 Scoot B787-9 9V-OJJ "Pokemon" (Flaps Down) SA2TGW020A 1:200 from that order. All I get is that it has not been shipped yet! It is hard to imagine how you can list something for sale and now over a year later still have no shipping time?

    This is a manufacturing delay that we have no control over. We do not manufacturer, we are only a retailer. We have contacted the manufacturer and they have informed us that they still intend on producing the model in question.

    This business was bought from another individual ************* (MA). When the current owners (in **************) took over this business they failed to fulfill pre-orders that I had paid for to the prior owner but **** recebefore he sold the businessto the present owners. Specifically, the new owners repeatedly contended I'd received several pre-order models from the previous owner which I hadn't. It became obvious that they were not going to either send the models or reimburse me for them. This is not the same DiecastAirplane Store it once was when operating in MA. I immediately ceased any further contact with this business as result of this extremely disappointing situation ( and had done over $10,000 business with the previous owner, so a big potential future income loss to these folks. Highly recommend avoiding this business.

    Dont see anyone by this name as a customer. We refund immediately if order has not shipped. If order has shipped, products must be returned for refund.

    Absolutely horrible company. Ordered a product (which I paid for in full). Never received my item. Avoid this company at all costs. They dont reply to emails or phone calls. It a shame too because I retired a year ago and was looking to vastly increase my 1/400 collection. Again they are a horrible company. Nothing but scam artist!!!

    Sorry if we missed your email but we have thousands of happy customers! If you order an item, you will receive it. Some preorder items take a long time but most ship soon after ordering.

    Good service on my first preorder. The second however ha been the exact opposite! Placed a preorder in late May. Other than the order confirmation Ive heard nothing from them. Attempted contacting them many times by phone or e mail. No responsecrickets! Their automated system sends me an e mail to my address asking for my e mail address. Ive included my email and phone number in the body of the inquiry message. Continue to receive weekly new release messages though. From the other posts Im not alone in having problems with this vendor

    They where fine for me until I ordered a pre order aircraft a month ago. Emailed them 2 or 3 times. No response. Called lefted a message on there voice mail. No call back. I have the records from my PayPal that the money was sent to them in May. On Mr account with them it didn't show that I pre order. I just wanted to find out why..no answer or a peep from them. I'm going to call local police and talk to them about them. To me that's just steeling your money.

    I pre-ordered a plane in February for my grandson's birthday in late May. The release date was to be 4/27. I have emailed several times only to learn that the plan has yet to be released (5/10) and they have no idea when it will be released. Therefore, no idea when the plane will be shipped.I asked for a refund and they said sure but we are charging you 20% because it was a pre-order.They want to charge me 20% because they cannot live up to their own sales agreement. Plane to be released on 4/27, now it is 5/10 and no idea when or if it will be released. No wonder they have an F rating.
