    HTL Builders was contracted to complete a project and has been paid approximately 90% of the total contract amount, totaling $99,670. To date, only about 30% of the work has been completed. Despite being significantly overpaid relative to the work performed, HTL Builders has not returned any portion of the funds that have been charged back.Due to this breach of contract and failure to perform, the matter has been escalated and is now being formally addressed by the *************************************** and the ************************ Board for General Contractors.Based on my experience and the current status of the project, I strongly advise that no individuals or companies engage in business with HTL Builders until this issue is fully resolved. This situation has placed a significant financial and operational strain on my company, and I believe others may be at risk of experiencing similar ********* addition, the workmanship that was performed on-site was neither professional nor up to industry standards. The quality of work was subpar, raising further concerns about the contractors qualifications and oversight. I have photo documentation of the conditions and workmanship, which I am able to present upon request.Furthermore, from my perspective as a licensed builder, HTL Builders has used unlicensed subcontractors during this project. When requested, they failed to provide proper documentation or identification for the workers present on-site, raising serious concerns about compliance and ************ this situation continues to develop, I will share additional information so that others can stay informed about the practices and business conduct of HTL Builders.Please feel free to reach out if you need any additional details or documentation regarding this matter.
