  I called this company when I spotted a leak in my garage roof. They originally installed my roof when my house was built 5 years ago. The gentleman they sent was excellent. He thoroughly inspected the roof and even brought a water hose to the roof and tested it for leaks until he found where it was leaking. He took several photos so I could see what he found and he repaired it and inspected the remainder of the roof for issues. I highly recommend this company for future roofing work!

  Had a new home built in ***********, SC 2019, and the builder used Alpha Omega as the roofing contractor. The roof is now leakingless than 6 years later. I contacted Alpha Omega, only to find out their workmanship warranty was just 1 year. That says a lot about the quality of the installation, in my opinion. I've never had a roof fail in under 15 ******** make matters worse, they wanted $175 just to come out and inspect it. Thankfully, I found two reputable companies willing to assess the issue at no charge. Ill be moving forward with a roofing company that stands behind their work with better warranties and craftsmanship.

  Purchased a brand new house 6 months ago from Pulte Homes. During a recent storm, there was a massive leak coming from the roof above the front door. Not only has the leak caused paint damage they have decided to no call/no show in regards to fixing the roof. We are at a loss for the awful customer service, roofing job and communication.

  Alpha Omega Construction Group is dedicated to responding to our customer's service requests and certainly apologize for any inconvenience.  We do show an on ************* to the Pulte ************* request in late afternoon yesterday and a follow up scheduled.

  Working in close communications with Pulte Homes we look forward to completing the service.

  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ALPHA OMEGA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. On April 19 we signed all paperwork to get work scheduled. The Project Manager (keeping name out of this for reasons ***** understand later) in *********, ** assured ** that he would get work complete within the next week. With lots of unresponsiveness & no contact May 26 the work crew came to do the repair. I asked them to take a few photos of the roof after, but they left without doing so. 2 weeks later an invoice came so I called for the pictures. She said it was no problem. 10 minutes later the ** called and SCREAMED & CUSSED me out too vulgar to put on the internet. told me that I was an entitled B***, that I could walk my a** out to the street and take my own god d*** pictures, he knew I was going to be a pain in his a**, how dare me call for photos. he told me that they only replaced one spot (was never communicated as ALL repair spots were still on invoice) he took to cussing me out again & hung up. The reason his name is not listed is bc I am terrified of him. He is dangerous, sexist & a coward. He would have NEVER spoken to my husband that way. I called the woman back & was crying. I was contacted by someone more senior & explained the situation. He was apologetic, provided me with the photos (THATS RIGHT they already had photos), & offered me a measly $50 (even though the work that was invoiced had not all been completed). We reached out to a handful of executives at Alpha to alert them to this situation so that it would NEVER happen to anyone else. A Chief Officer said theyd reach out so he could hear the ********************* ******************* call but had one of his reports call with an HR person on the phone & did not ask me a SINGLE question about what happened just talked about how amazing Alpha Omega is. I wasnt asking for anything we had already sent the check all I wanted was to tell my story so it wouldnt happen to anyone else. Absolutely disappointing at best.

  We were alerted to this circumstance by the father of the customer, at which time we sought to understand concerns and initiated contact with customer from management and HR, after our COO spoke directly with the father. We remain apologetic for the circumstance and took investigative and action steps internally given the gravity of the claims.
