    Company charged me multiple months for a trash can they added to a neighbor's house, and I was waiting for a refund to my account. I currently have to pay for the month of December $23, but I am owed 3 times that for paying for services not rendered. The woman who answers the phone is rude, especially when I call to tell her that the trash guys broke the can wheels, I went to bring it to the house when I threw my back out when my trash can wheels flew off, and she said that was my fault for being a disabled veteran and I should be more *************, December 21, 2024, after not receiving a refund and having to wait 2 weeks for them to even pick up my trash, I go out to bring my can off the street, and they took it! I would like a 6 month or as much as a year's refund, to include the monies spent to pay for the neighbor's trash. They are not consistent, and I am consistently cleaning up garbage when they fail to pick up trash more than once or twice a month because the animals get into it. Read ****** reviews for more. This is not just me.

    I paid for a month of trash service $30 and was told bare with them as they get me on route. After 3 weeks of no trash pickup I called and told them I will go ahead and arrange with another company since its probably not a good fit. The lady I spoke to agreed and I let her know the bin was still out front but it was packed with trash (9/4/24) then today on 9/5/24 I come home to the bin gone and trashed just dumped on my front lawn. When I called she said they would be out there today to pick up the trash. Its 9pm and no one has come out. Ive paid for service I never received, had to pick up trash they spilt all over and was lied to.

    A1 sanitation had a truck break down and spill oil all in front of my drive way running down the street. I have kids that play in the front yard. I have called 5 times for the past month and got a very rude lady who hangs up and doesnt fix the issue.

    A1 Marine Sanitation services the majority of our neighborhood. Every single week for the last 18 months our trash is late getting picked up and now just completely hasn't been picked up at all. I've called 3 times over the last week and asked when we could expect a truck and have been told all 3 times that the truck would be by that day. This is an on going issue. It has been 6 days since our trash was supposed to be picked up (typically on Mondays) I called Wednesday Thursday and Friday and now it is Saturday and they aren't open. I've tried calling twice today and sending a message on social media in attempt to contact them. Several of our neighbors have been picked up as of Thursday and the rest of us haven't. I'm very disappointed as we pay our bills several months at a time. This is not the first time this has been an issue but it will be the last for us.

    Im filing this complaint on this company from dumping a canna trash in my yard and then they canceled my service because I picked the trash up and put it in my can and I wasnt not gonna leave the trash in my yard just smelling up the place so they violated me container uses it something in my server was caught up it was paid in full And I think theres a No dummy littering to draw trash in my yard and when I talk to the manager in the office, she told me my neighbor shouldve picked the trash out My yard dump the trash out because he didnt want to trash in his truck
