    I try not to hate someone or something...but I absolutely HATE this business. The lady at the counter should be fired. Just argues and hangs up. Have to call every week cause they may or may not pick your can up. It's been 3 weeks and I have 3 kids in diapers. Literally c*** is piling up. Going to see what legal action can be had. If anyone and there's many, are having these unsanitary conditions. Contact me. Enough is enough.

    We have never been treated with such disrespect by a company. We are so upset with the treatment of the individuals within this company. My husband is a retired Marine and prior to having issues with the company, I communicated that my husband has health issues and that we needed an extra trash container because of the excess of the treatment and trash that we need to get rid of. They brought us an extra container. My husband had been in the hospital and we did not see that they had sent a payment reminder. But because we had not paid they came into our yard and dumped our trash onto the ground in our yard, When my husband called to communicate with them, ******** stated that they do not answer to anyone and that they are good at dumping trash in people's yards. It was as simple as communicating that we were late. I feel so disrespected by these individuals and all things that we do to people will come back to us in the heavens. Even when trying to communicate with the driver of the truck the following week, He started yelling and screaming that he had a job to do yelling up the community. Is the treatment that we should have to put up with? And even after giving them the money that we owed, they were augmentative about taking the trash cans. It's all good. There are better things in life, we definitely did not deserver the treatment given by this company.
