      There needs to be a ZERO star option! Do not use ************************* or Chimney Pro (********** or ********* **) as he will not do the work or refund deposit. I paid ************** a deposit of $401.25 on Jan 22, 2023 of which he never even tried to do any of the work he was hired to do. He was supposed to install gas logs in my fireplace and now 2 months later he has never showed up. I have contacted him many times in an attempt to have either the work completed or refund my money. Every time he had just another excuse why he couldnt work. Now he only makes fake promises to come and finish the work but then doesn't show. And the sad part is that he tries to manipulate you by using a story of a baby in intensive care that supposedly his girlfriend just delivered but after reading about his complaints online, she must just keep delivering a sick baby every year since he has used that excuse for years. He isn't able to keep his word but he sure is able to keep your money and laugh all the way to the bank.

      If I could a 0 I would. ************* owes me $545.00 for a deposit I made to him on September 30, 2022 for the installation of a gas line and gas logs. He never even started the work. Although I have contacted Chimney Pro and ************* numerous times and he has said he would send me the money he never has. Please ************* refund my money.

      ***** was given a deposit for the purchase of and installation of a chimney cap back in March 2022. As of November 23, 2022, the cap is still not installed. ***** has been contacted many times and he either doesnt respond or lies about installation dates. He deserves the rating of F and I do not recommend him to anyone. He needs to refund the entire deposit so a reputable company can be found. This business is a con only.
