12-19-24 was the first date emailing Overcash to see if there was a follow up date for the heat as in the maintenance portal it was marked as completed. I called the next business day following up and ****** informed me it says that it was marked completed but they know more issues was wrong with the heat. No heat in the home Ive reached out several times and we still have no heat as of 2-24-25. Ive been through 3 snows and below freezing temperatures. Ive also been lied to stating someone would come fix the heat and no one comes or calls this was as of 2-22-24. I called again today 2-24-25 and was told the Manager ***** would come out at 12 to fix the heat. I called at 1:20 to verify when ***** would come and he didnt show and ****** stated she would have the other manager to come out but she didnt have a time. I sent a email to them and ****** called back stating that the manger said it was a little heat in the home and not water. Mind you no one came today Ive been waiting so how did she get this information? Just another made up lie! I would like a refund of the months documented with no heat *****. The home is unlivable at the point Ive asked to be given a different home as well and no response.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the heating issues at this residence. We understand how frustrating and challenging this situation has been, and we appreciate the tenants patience as we worked through multiple unexpected obstacles to resolve the problem. The heating system in the home is not a standard system and required specialized parts and technicians for repair. Unfortunately, the main part needed to fix the issue took approximately six weeks to arrive. Additionally, the original repair technician who diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts was involved in a life-threatening accident, which further complicated the repair timeline. Once the part arrived and was installed, the system still did not function correctly. Multiple contractors were brought in to diagnose the issue, and we eventually discovered that the gas supply from the utility provider was not flowing properly due to a restriction in the meter. This likely contributed to the initial system failure. After the gas company resolved the meter issue, further troubleshooting was required before the system was fully operational. Despite the ********, our team remained committed to resolving the problem as quickly as possible under the circumstances. The company owner personally visited the property to oversee the repair efforts, and we are pleased to confirm that as of this past week, the heating system is fully operational.
