      I just tried to access my storage facility. Today is July 1 and it was 2 oclock and my unit was dead bolted. My rent was due today and would have been paid by 5 oclock. I have never been late on my rent,ever. I was told that all customers are locked out of their units on the first day of the month until the rent is received, even though theyre not technically late on their rent. It caused a lot of problems for me today because I could not gain access to my unit I think this is unethical and unprofessional, and I will do everything I can to spread the word as to what kind of business they are running. I went to the office and no one would go take the deadbolt off of my unit and the owner would not return my phone call so I guess Im gonna have to get an attorney to get into my unit, even though my rent is current
