    VERY POOR SERVICE.MIKE B***** DOES NOT RESPOND IN A TIMELY MANNER THEY CUT ALL THE 4×4'S TO MAKE THE FENCE LOOK LEVEL INSTEAD OF DIGGING THE HOLES SAME SIZE, THE WOOD IS CRAPPY, THEY MISSED SCREWING THEM TO THE BACK BOARDS AND THEY ALSO SPLIT, MIKE WAS SUPPOSE TO REPLACE THEM BUT HAS YET TO RETURN AFTER COMING OUT AFTER ME COMPLAINING. I PAID IN CASH OVER $4K FOR A SHABBY FENCE.. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND HIGH POINT FENCE. FENCE WAS DONE IN JANUARY AND HAS STARTED FALLING APART 2 MONTHS LATER DUE TO POOR WORKMANSHIP. HE ALSO DID NOT HAVE A GENERATOR TO USE THE WORKER WAS FRUSTRATED WHEN I TOLD HIM I DIDNT HAVE ANY ELECTRICITY ON THE BACK SIDE OF MY HOME TO USE. THE OWNER MIKE / WORKER STATED THEY HAD A SMALL TOOL TO USE WHICH WAS (ELECTRIC HOLE DIGGER AUGER) THATS NOT SMALL THEY STATED THEY CAN PLUG IT IN MY GARAGE WHICH I HAVE A FRIDGE/FREEZER PLUGGED IN I SAID NO WE CANT UNPLUG MY NEITHER ONE OF THEM ALSO IF THE BREAKER TRIPS THEY SAID THEY WILL FLIP IT BACK. WHICH IS INSIDE MY HOUSE, I SAID IM NOT GIVING YOU A KEY OR LEAVING MY DOOR UNLOCKED. IF YOUR A BIG BUSINESS YOU SHOULD BE PREPARED TO HAVE ISSUES IF A HOME DOES NOT HAVE ELECTRICITY ON THE SIDE.ESPECIALLY CHARGING THEM OVER $4,000 IN CASH. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO DO A FENCE JOB OR ANY KIND OF JOB. IM STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM MIKE B***** TO FIX THE BOARDS THAT HAVE SPLIT WHICH AND HAVE COME LOSE OR HAVENT BEEN SCREWED ITS BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS NOW. IVE BEEN TRYING TO GIVE HIM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT!! HOPE TO HEAR FROM MIKE B***** SOON
