      Made a payment for 1 year subscription and they have not cashed our check yet. And website support does not answer to our issues. Pictures do not load and web browsers say “not secure”. This is the third time having problems with there website platform.

      We had the same issue with them with deactivated our account. Now as of 3/26/24, our website is down. The Your First Due main site is also down. Servers crash? Out of business?

      We have been utilizing this company for website hosting for several years. No issues at all until recently. Our website AND email is down. No one to contact. There own website is down.

      Similar to the other reviews.... We noticed our SSL Certificate has been declined. Contacted them trying to get them to renew it. Submitted a ticket a month ago and haven't heard anything back. Submitted a "Contact Us" ticket on the home page and still nothing. Do not use this company! We will be looking for another website hosting platform.

      Similar to previous reviews, we had an interruption in billing, but now the credit card payments are processing and our site is up. However, the SSL certificate has expired and there is no way to reach someone to support the site. It's like the company continues to exist in a zombie mode. Very strange. Can someone shed some light on what happened/is happening?

      Company cashed our check back on Aug 30 and our website is still not active. Have tried multiple attempts to email them with no reply. Now I am going to dispute the charge with our bank and hope to get that money back.
