      We had an ongoing monthly relationship with this company. One day they decided to decline our Card on file (active company card we use for other purchases - so we know it is live). Would not respond, will not answer emails. We tried multiple cards, tried their contact page. No response. Month goes by, gets a first warning. I tried reaching out via other companies that are hosted with them, I even pulled their INC record from NC and called ***** ********, left messages. 60 days, we get an account termination due to lack of payment. Send them a snail mail to their address on record. Still no response. Finally, gave up and created a new page. The WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE in my career. Existing folks on their site should start thinking about moving someplace else. These guys are ready to cut you OFF. Backup your site and get ready to shift.

      See the previous three notes about this company, all following the lack of contact and shutdown of fire company website? Our volunteer fire & rescue company is having the exact same issue. Great work for years, and suddenly nothing. No emails returned, no credit card charges going through, out website disabled without warning.

      Company stopped billing our credit card and won't let us renew. Deactivated our site. Tried emailing the company and submitting multiple trouble tickets. No response or phone number to call.

      Our Volunteer Fire Company has been a subscriber for many years with YourFirstDue. We pay our account annually by check and have never had a problem until this year. We sent a payment check for ****** in June that was due July 17th. Our website was disabled on July 17th for non payment of account. The check was clearly deposited it their account as we received an image of our check from the bank with their stamp of For Deposit only. The check cleared our bank on 7/11/2023 well ahead of the due date. We have tried to contact YourFirstDue by their website as no phone number is listed, We have mailed them a copy of the check, and most recently we mail them another letter with a copy of the check by US Mail certified and return receipt and hasn't been picked up by them at their Post Office. We also found a phone number as we research them on their tax returns and tried that number and says mailbox is full and can not leave a message. Apparently they have gone out of business. So hopefully no one else gets taken. We are out ****** for now until we see our next course of action. Wonder how many other organizations have been taken.

      My Fire Department has been a subscriber to this service for many years now. As of 2 months ago, our subsciption auto renewal has been declined via there CC payment methods. Our CC is still up to date and active. Even tried a personal card. It seems to be an account issue on their end with their CC payment provider as it says the API user is inactive. I have opened tickets with them, I have tried contacting the sales team. Crickets. Its been 3 weeks since I have really dived into getting everything resolved and today our site went offline for non payment. The company does not give a phone number for contact. Only a PO box. Come on snail mail? You are a technology company. Did the this company go under and never publicly state anthing?
