    I placed an order for their 80/20 sun shirt March 8, 2024. I never received anything more than an order confirmation. I reached out a few times but never heard back and I never received my order.

    Appalachian Gear Company received a return of mine and reached back out on 5/2/24 to ask if I wanted a refund or an exchange. I replied back to them that I would like a refund and have not heard back since. Its been almost 3 weeksplenty of time to at least reply with an email. My refund is roughly $90.

    I have made several purchases from this company in the past and have LOVED this company. I made another purchase on 5/1/24. The charge cleared on my credit card on 5/2/24. On 5/8/24 I noticed that the item had not shipped yet so I emailed the company simply to get an estimate regarding when the order would ship. They do not have a call option and email is the only way to reach them. I did not receive a response. I emailed them again through their **************** Portal again on 5/10/24 and 5/12/24. On the 5/12/24 email I indicated that if I did not receive a response within 24 hours I would contact the Better Business Bureau. Obviously I would like the merchandise I paid for. However, if they have no intention of sending it I would like a refund of my money.

    on June 26 I placed an order for an alpaca wool shirt. I paid thru PayPal (receipt enclosed) I received an order confirmation from the seller (enclosed). On June 28 I received *** tracking number (enclosed), now on July 13, the tracking still only says "Label Created". The item has not shipped. The company's published phone number is a number with a recorded message telling you they don't answer the phone and to email them thru their **************** email- which I did 6 times. I also obtained the owner, *****************, personal cell number thru a ****** search and called him 5 times, it goes to voice mail, and I have left 5 messages. I received one email from him today saying he checked and the ordered was completed and shipped. I emailed him back that tracking still shows it has not shipped and asked for a refund to PayPal account to which he will not respond. He owes me $83.60
