    I ordered a sleeping bag liner in April and after four months, I have not received it. I contacted the Appalachian Gear Company multiple times and have not received a response. The only method of contacting them is through email or through their website. They have a phone number that no one answers and there is a recording that says the number is not monitored. The Appalachian Gear Company left me with no option but to contact my credit company and file a fraudulent claim against the Appalachian Gear Company.

    To make the long story short I ended up with two sun hoodies in the same size and color. I e mailed the company and they sent me a form to fill out and a return label. I sent the hoodie back and stated that if they have this in a red color Ill exchange it if they dont have that color I want my money back. They received the hoodie on April 30 and have not refunded or exchanged the hoodie as of yet. Not only that they will not answer any of my e mails. With that being said buy at your own risk from these people. Looks like I lost my $100 but Ill spread my story so other shoppers are aware before theyre in my shoes.
