    I don't usually post but this has me mad. I have been with A+ Disposal for years now. Every since November we have been having issues with them actually picking it up. I have called numerous times with no results. In December they came 2 time in the whole month. So last week I called and canceled my service as well as my mom's (I pay for hers also) within 10 minutes I had a call back. I am paid up until the end of March. The lady was nice in the beginning offering different things to keep our business. I told her that I was having to go to the landfill myself because they were not coming like they were suppose to. Why was I going to pay them and continue to do it myself. When she realized that I was done her attitude changed and she said they don't do refunds and i was paid up through the end of March which I did not ask for. To make a long story short, Today they came and picked up their can and took the bags of trash out and sat them on the ground.?????? I have it all on camera. I called and of course they didn't answer. I did leave a not so nice voicemail. So if you are thinking about going with A+ DON'T go with ANYONE else. A+ you should be named F-

    I cancelled my service with A+ Disposal as of December 31, 2024. Today is January 27, 2025. Their bin for garbage disposal has been sitting at the end of my driveway since the week of December 25, 2024. We have acquired new garbage service with a different company. Today A+ stopped at our house, checked their empty bin, left it, then intentionally dumped over our new bin that belongs to another company and was full of trash leaving the bin and the trash on the ground and left. I have all of this on video thanks to my home surveillance cameras. I called A+ only to get voicemail, which is a normal thing for this company and left them a message letting then know I knew what their employee had done. I do not expect them to call me back. I had a previous experience with them damaging personal property but do not have video proof, which was the first thing they asked for when I called them.

    I have been charged a service fee for trash collection, They have skipped our house multiple weeks in a row. I have since called to cancel service and they will not collect their garbage can from our driveway. It has been 30+ days since the initial phone call to cancel, and I have since left voice mails and emails addressing the issue.

    Paid $57 to renew my service for July-Sept. on 6/26/24.This is the worst trash pickup service ever. I dont even know where to start, they should change their name to *******. First, they need to get rid of whoever is in charge of answer the phone. They NEVER answer, you always have to leave a voicemail, & if they happen to call you back & you miss their call, they wont bother to leave a voicemail or call you again. I was trying to get in touch with someone to get a refund on my service that I had just renewed because I didnt want to deal with them anymore, their "receptionist" said she'd have their manager call me but they never did. I had to leave a voicemail AGAIN, & still no response. I even filled out their contact form on their website, so if you tried that & youre reading this, good luck! I had just renewed for July & more than 2 weeks passed without my trash being picked up (mind you this isnt the first occurance where I have been missed, they usually picked up my trash every other week, which they were able to get away with since i dont accumulate much trash, but i absolutely couldnt go 2 weeks or more in a row without having it picked up.) The 4th of July they were running on a regular schedule, but something happened & they could get to everyone, which they did notify us about & assured itd be picked up the following week. Well that day came & went & i even called the next day to see what was going on. The same "receptionist" actually answered this time & said they would be heading my way which actually surprised me since it wasnt my usual pick up day. Well, if you havent guessed by now, they DID NOT come, it was a lie. My trash stayed out for 2 weeks straight free for them to come by & pick up anytime but they failed to do so. So of course, I am fed up with them at this point, all I'm looking for is my money back for a service I paid for & did not receive.

    APlus Disposal drivers have damaged my personally owned garbage container. I have no idea how or why this happened other than being careless. I have the only privately owned container in the subdivision and none of the ***** containers are damaged. It was brought to the companys attention and they seemed genuinely concerned at first and I was told the owner would be contacting me, but after numerous calls to them, they are shrugging it off and the owner is apparently too afraid to call me over this issue.

    Ive been using this trash pick up service for the last 8 months with a few hiccups but on last week the trash bin was removed from the side of my house and it was full of trash. When I first reported it to the business, I was told that a few weeks prior that the trash bins were being replaced and if I could canvass the neighborhood to see if someone had taken the trash bin because they cost $100. I informed her that there was no way I could take that task on. I was never informed when I initiated service with them that the consumer would be responsible for paying a $100 fee for a missing trash bin. If that was the case, I wouldve put a tracker on it to avoid all of this. At this point, I know longer want to have service with this company. I just dont want to be penalized for an incident that I had no control over and ultimately may have been taken by the company itself for fraudulent gains.
