    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ************** THEIR SERVICE IS TRASH!!!!

    Over the past 2-1/2 months I have only had trash pick up 3 times. When I finally got in touch with them last month they said they would give me a credit. They then charged me the entire amount in the next billing cycle. As of today I have not had my trashed picked up and it has been almost 3 weeks. They always say it will be picked up the next day. So not only are they unreliable they are also liars.

    Been with them for 4 years , I understand issues come up , but I am DONE with ZERO communication, and my trash NOT being picked up ! They dont return calls UNLESS you say you need to PAY. They are flat out RUDE and completely unreliable! I seem to be a burden to this company , so let me remove my money and my house as a stop and maybe they can find time to help someone else
