    . This property is run by Prism ******************** I moved into this residence on February 1, 2024. Since the day I moved in it has been a nightmare. When I first moved in the house had a slight ***** infestation. After reaching out to the property managers the Orkin man was sent out and I have not seen any live roaches since. Since moving in *** also noticed that the house is infested with mice. I began to set up my kitchen with my pots, pans, and groceries, I started to notice mice f**** in my drawers, on my stove, and in the cabinets. I reached out to property management. The Orkin man was sent out again. The Orkin man laid a few traps and left. One day I come home from work and a dead mouse is in my kitchen sink. I reached out to property management again; they told me this was normal and there was nothing they could do because the house is old. So of course, they send out the Orkin man. This time the Orkin man decides to look for the source of entry. He finds it, shows it to the maintenance man and nothing happens. The maintenance man was not reactive at all. He did not attempt to make this house comfortable for my family. Since then, I have caught 5 mice which is why I am reaching out to you for your help. My rent here is $1760, I am paying to live in a mice-infested house that the property management will not do anything about. What should I do? I refuse to go and cook In my kitchen because I do not believe it is safe to do so its a health hazard. We dont even sit in the kitchen and have dinner as a family because of the mice.

    We are in the process of preparing proper information on this request 

    it Has been determined that the actual leasee may not be residing in the property and is illegally subletting the home. 

    we have addressed the rodent issue on several occasions and is in an ongoing service with Terminex Pest Control

    I get that they have properties and all but to have the price 65 dollars for each applicant is ridiculous. Then they tell you they rather not move forward just to keep your money. Lied about contacts with my employer and my landlord.

    Shemele had applied for a property we have for rent. She along with her co-signer submitted the information required for us to process and agreeing to the terms that state application fees are non refundable once the application has been processed. After processing the application with the information provided by the applicants, it was found that they did not meet the owner's minimum requirements for renting the property so they were denied. The applicants are now calling us scammer, liars and are requesting their application fee to be returned which is not our company's policy.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Upon speaking with my current landlord I was advised that the things they noted werent from the landlord. And that they didnt get all documents from me. Why ask for more documents if that I wasnt approved? So thats why Im requested a refund and called them liars. I wouldnt just go off saying that without proof.

    We contacted the landlord that was put on the application. So if that is the wrong person then she is the one that gave us the wrong information. We asked for more information/income from her to help get them approved but what they supplied still did not give them enough income to be approved for the property. We offered to have a video call with her to show her the information that we used to have process the application but she refused to have this video call for us to prove the information we are using was supplied by her and the co-signer. This option is still available for them to do this. If they aren't willing to do this then it is out of our hands.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I was not offered anything or did I refuse. And I didnt send anymore information about my income so thats another lie. If you can provide info that I refused or did send more income verification show that. Otherwise I know for a fact I havent submitted anything else to you or anyone else.

    The email chain attached to this response shows that I offered to have the video call with ******* and as you will see she did not request for that call to happen.  Here is the information I took out of the attachment email chain showing that I did offer it. So the lies are not coming from our firm.

So if the financials are not correct then that is coming from your end not ours. I also never said your rent was late this month, but according to the form your landlord filled out you have been late since you have lived at the current property. As of this time there will be no refunds
