    Not great. I would truly caution against using ***** or his company. Terrible all around. There are others in the area that are way more reputable. I dealt with ***** and his staff, unprofessional, borderline abusive and terribly rude. ***** was a bully and as you can see, he still is. Review is 100% accurate, as I can show you receipts and texts. At no time did ***** or his team attempt to work with me. All they did was threaten, read the reviews, there is a pattern here for Brians tenants. I will also be reporting them to the better business bureau. Read the reviews on the better business bureaus website, its a pattern of behavior against tenants. You can tell how they treat clients. Avoid!!

    Got people staying in an apartment illegally that they know about because it was brought to their attention! Scamming the tenants on extra monthly fees like technology fee $10, exterior pest control $10 and water/trash $10, causing the rent to go up an extra $30 that we have no knowledge of! I truly think this business is a rip off, and weve been staying over here almost 4 years!

    This is the most unprofessional poor excuse of a business I have ever come in contact with. They need to find a different line of work. Good luck to anyone who uses them as they only care about making an extra dollar.
