On January 6th my rental office called action pass to come out and treat my apartment next hanging out inspected the apartment before the treatment they came back a week later after everything was said and done **** did we inspection to see if the problem was clear I did not get to follow the check through my apartment she knows everything was clear enough but after said completion was done I went out of town to ******* ******* and I was there for like three and a half months after returning back to my apartment I song it did bug on my bed. I didn't contact my rental office to let them know that the problem dating turned called pest control and told them that I was still having some problems The pest control told them that I would have to pay to have an inspection done which is $85 then I would have to pay for the treatment which is $900 then a reinspection after the completion which is again $85 I paid these fees already but I'm still having the same problem I don't think it's fair for noon to pay those fees again and I'm still having the same problems that they supposedly had treated my apartment for. I really would like for them to come out and treat my apartment again but if they can't do that I will understand but I do need a refund so either or I'll be satisfied one or the other thank you for helping me with this matter and I certainly hope we can come to a conclusion. Action pass is telling me that they can't do it because it's been past 30 days I just received a copy of the bill on the 6th of this month so I have no way of knowing that it was only 30 days but even so I'm just receiving a copy of the work order I just don't think it's fair enough really been treated wrongly.

1/11/2023 post treat K9 inspect, for bed bugs
6/27/2023 Tenant called ********* saying he still had bed bugs. We explained that treatment had been 6 months ago and unit was cleared at that time. If tenant had bed bugs again they had been reintroduced. To inspect the unit again would generate a new K9 inspection charge. We tried calling the tenant to schedule this inspection at this time. He declined to schedule inspect saying he could not afford to have another one done. Feedback given to *********.
7/6/2023 Tenant called our office. Owner answered phone. While talking to tenant owner was told by tenant he thought he had called the BBB. Owner went on to talk to tenant to see if there was anything he could help him with. ********************** was a nice older gentleman who seemed to be on a fixed income. Owner told tenant he would get someone out to do another K9 inspection for him at no charge. Owner also told tenant if inspection was positive for bed bugs he would treat again and would do it at our break even cost to try to help this gentleman out. He was appreciative over the phone. He said he would withdraw his complaint from the BBB and appreciated our help and us working with him
7/6/2023 K9 inspection done at no charge, - for bed bugs
Customer's original charges were appropriate with successful treatment of his bed bug problem. Free K9 inspection was done recently to assure gentleman that ******** problem he may be having was not due to bed bugs.
